Ce ne sont que les photos. J'avais été attiré par les magnifiques photos des espaces publics avant de décider d'y séjourner, mais tout était tellement différent de ce qui était montré sur les photos, surtout le toit-terrasse. Il fallait allumer les lumières soi-même en montant, et il fallait nettoyer la poussière, les araignées et les moustiques soi-même. Même la poussière sur les tables et les chaises du balcon du quatrième étage et du toit-terrasse du cinquième étage devait être empruntée à la réception. L'expérience client après deux nuits consécutives a été vraiment médiocre. Le magasin annonçait une ouverture en 2024, mais je pense que la rénovation devrait se limiter à une simple rénovation de l'ancien hôtel, de sorte que certaines installations ne sont pas à la hauteur des attentes. Franchement, le rapport qualité-prix de cet hôtel n'est pas très élevé hors saison, donc si vous souhaitez y séjourner, tenez compte de sa situation géographique et de son environnement, et ne vous fiez pas aux belles photos. De plus, le parking est situé dans un petit espace ouvert devant l'entrée. Il ne peut accueillir qu'une dizaine de voitures. Vous devrez laisser la clé à la réception pour déplacer votre voiture à tout moment. Ce n'est pas un parking classique. Pour ceux qui tiennent à leur voiture, je vous conseille de l'oublier. Il est préférable d'utiliser Gaode Map pour vous y rendre, car l'accès se fait par la route secondaire. Baidu Map ne vous fera que tourner en rond. J'ai fait deux fois le tour, mais heureusement, j'ai opté pour Gaode Map à temps.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this bnb! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Hangzhou Botanical Garden, making it a peaceful and scenic spot. The room was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. As someone who is very sensitive to noise, I slept like a log every single night! The host, the owner lady, was incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I caught a cold during my trip, she not only went out to buy medicine for me but also gave me extra supplies to help me recover. Her kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. She upgraded my room without me asking! Despite the language barrier (I don’t speak Mandarin), she made every effort to communicate and ensure I had everything I needed. Her hospitality made my stay in Hangzhou truly delightful and memorable. The convenience of having a bus right outside the complex was also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. I cannot recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Hangzhou, this is it.
