Le jour du repas, mes sœurs ont visité l'hôtel et ont séjourné pendant 3 nuits, bien que l'hôtel était un peu petit, mais le personnel était très gentil. Je suis présenté par un ami de cloche nommé Van Toan pour manger des restaurants, des restaurants et des attractions touristiques autour. Elle est très enthousiaste et donc les invités. Merci à l'hôtel Affa pour nous donner un bon séjour! VOIR VOIR !!

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.

L'hôtel est plus ancien, la décoration de la chambre est plus vieille, mais il est encore clair, les installations sont bonnes, l'attitude du serveur est bonne, le petit déjeuner de buffet est beaucoup, le pain est particulièrement excellent, pas mal reçu.

La position de l'hôtel est OK, l'attitude de service est OK, c'est que je pense un peu étrange. Mon collègue est venu à l'hôtel d'abord, n'a pas fourni d'informations sur la réservation et le passeport, la réception a appelé directement son nom et lui a donné directement la carte de chambre. Nous avons séjourné une nuit après, et le jour suivant, quand nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel, la réception des garçons nous a demandé de copier le passeport. Je me suis dit que j'avais appelé le service de lavage. Il m'a dit de m'avoir fait d'abord le petit déjeuner et de me faire comptabiliser. Puis, après le petit déjeuner, il est allé à la réception, il m'a dit de nouveau, je suis sûr que vous n'avez pas à payer? Il a dit quoi? J'ai dit que je pouvais laver les vêtements, il m'a dit d'attendre, puis a confirmé qu'il n'y avait pas de comptes avant de les avoir pris. L'hôtel est en ordre dans son ensemble, mais je sens que la gestion interne est un problème. Si je ne suis pas une personne honnête, la réception m'a dit deux fois, mais si je n'ai pas demandé à laisser la facture de blanchiment, ils ne peuvent pas recevoir l'argent. Que faire de cette situation ? La réception me dit que c'est leur réception et leur service client. Je pense que la gestion et la formation internes doivent être renforcées. Le petit déjeuner est généralement disponible, il n'y a pas de thé particulièrement riche ou inriche. Mais le goût de la poudre est un peu étrange, pas très délicieux. Vous pouvez le faire quand vous êtes en séjour pour la première fois, cette fois, il est évident qu'il n'y a pas de goût précédemment délicieux, le goût de la poudre et le goût de la soupe ne sont pas corrects. J'espère que l'amélioration sera apportée.

We spent 4 nights at the Zephyr Suites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there for a number of reasons. We were given a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room on the 7th floor with large windows looking out onto the street and the lake. The bathroom had a wonderful shower stall and excellent facilities. The room was large, beautifully furnished and had an excellent writing desk with adequate outlets for all our devices. The WiFi in the room was excellent- fast and efficient. The beds were super comfortable with wonderful pillows and duvet- they made going to bed a real pleasure. The air-con was super efficient and cooled the room beautifully in a few minutes. My only negative about the room would be the lack of storage space for clothes- virtually no drawers and very limited hanging space and hangers- it made life for two people a bit difficult as it was impossible to unpack and put our clothes anywhere in the storage area. Whoever designed this storage space really needs to travel more and see what travellers need when they unpack. We were very impressed with the buffet breakfast at the Zephyr. There was a very good selection of different sorts of dishes and we particularly enjoyed the egg dishes prepared at the egg station. What impressed me most was the selection of breads available. I had what was possibly the best baguette I have ever eaten in Asia at the Zephyr, and the bread rolls, croissants, pains au chocolat and danish pastries were delicious. So well done Zephyr on your selection of breads and baked goods! The only other thing that would improve the breakfast would be a coffee machine where guests could get their own coffee/lattes/cappuccinos rather than the usual coffee and tea pots that sit out where the drinks are inevitably cold. The staff at the hotel were good on the whole. There were two delightful young ladies at the reception desk who were particularly friendly and helpful but unfortunately I did not get their names as the name badges they wear are so small it's impossible to see what is written on them. The men at the front desk were not nearly as friendly or as helpful as the ladies, and the hotel might consider giving the gentlemen a course in learning how to smile and be pleasant to guests. You would think that people who go into the hospitality industry would have open, friendly personalities and like the interaction with guests, but the men working at Zephyr didn't seem to have these qualities. A smile goes a long way! The transport we arranged from the hotel was excellent. We had two drivers and they were both good, in particular the young man who picked us up and dropped us at the airport during our stay. On our last overnight at the Zephyr Suites, we asked for a wake-up call at 4 a.m. as we needed to leave the hotel by 5 o'clock. Unfortunately the young man who was on duty obviously forgot and we got the call at 4.45 a.m. We had asked the front desk if we could have a packed breakfast to take

Hotel is in a great location and we had a comfortable stay. Our room was a two bedroom with a kitchen, which was nice and spacious with two kids. Bathrooms had a couple of spots where moisture was getting at the corners and paint was peeling. Also one of the beds has a whole in the headboard. We are pretty easy going so none of that bothered us or affected our stay.

J'ai fait une recherche rapide sur T.A de la résidence la plus confortable, la plus abordable et la plus abordable à Hanoi, et cet endroit est apparu. Ils ont offert une sélection d'attractions, mais n'étaient pas tout à fait pressés. Tout a été bien expliqué. Mon chambre était de base, mais propre. AC était super froide. Pas d'ascenseur, mais c'est un auberge. Je n'attendais pas de luxe. Le lit était beaucoup plus ferme pour mon amour, mais encore, ce n'est pas le Hilton. Grand prix pour votre argent, au cœur de Hanoi. Tout semblait conforme au prix que j'ai payé pour l'hébergement. J'ai décidé de les prendre en réserve pour un voyage à Ha Giang loop pendant 3 jours. Il y avait une certaine décomposé de communication sur mes attentes à mon arrivée à Ha Giang, mais ils se sont occupés du problème sans aucun mal. Les choses arrivent toujours, vous ne pouvez pas éviter cela, donc c'est vraiment comment le problème est résolu que ça. Merci pour cela. Tout le personnel a été très agréable de traiter. Je ne me souviens pas de tous les noms, mais le nom que je fais (je m'excuse) est Linh. Merci encore une fois pour un séjour mémorable.

Toutes les chambres sont très grandes, confortables et surtout avec un lit très grand roi! Personnel très aimable et enthousiaste. Lorsque vous arrivez à l'hôtel, il y a un garde de sécurité pour vous aider à partager, apporter votre bagage à votre chambre pendant que vous check-in. La chambre est équipée d'un climatisation et d'un ventilateur, lorsque l'enregistrement est terminé pour aller à la chambre, tout est prêt pour les invités.

Je suis très très content d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour mon voyage en solo de 9 jours. Ils étaient très très professionnels, très très efficaces. J'ai utilisé toutes leurs installations, salle de sport, sauna, spa. Tout est très très bien entretenu, tout est propre. Le personnel est très professionnel et poli. L'enregistrement a été très rapide et la chambre était super. Entièrement approvisionné, très spacieux et très propre. Le ménage quotidien était effectué, le personnel d'entretien est également très professionnel. J'avais réservé pour le transfert depuis l'aéroport et ils ont été très efficaces pour l'organiser, le chauffeur était là à l'heure, tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, je suis extrêmement satisfait de mon séjour et je suis sûr à 100% que je retournerai certainement dans le même hôtel à mon retour à Hanoi.
