I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Le personnel est très bon, la chambre est propre et confortable. J'ai beaucoup de temps dans cet hôtel. Très confortable emplacement dans le vieux quartier ....budget friendly ...receptionist ms.lieu et propriétaire mr. Tung étaient toujours là n très utile ....maids aussi très très confortable .... fortement recommandé cette propriété ....

Ok, so the room was beautiful and what was expected. Great tv access, Netflix, apple tv etc. great house keeping staff. The rooftop pool and the bar area lovely, but that is where the nice Bits stop. The level of service Besides housekeeping was below par. Many basic mistakes made in both reception, dining room for dinner and also at the rooftop bar. Rooftop bar does NOT have a happy hour, so this is false advertising. They give you a few crisps, and the drinks are nearly double the price of everywhere else. Couldn't make a Singapore sling, as no cherry liquor, and when I ordered a Mai Tai, what was received was not Mai Tai. Also if they didn't understand something they just wouldn't reply, and I would think I had something coming. One bartender and two supervisors, C'mon on. We also had two nights at the restaurant for dinner, where 3 of us had starters, mains, wine, cocktails etc, so spent a lot. First night was great, but second night, 5th of March was horrific. 4 staff on, and by the way we were the only table there. It felt like we were in a local shop, as the staff just watched us, and talk about over servicing.I would hate to see the service, if even 25% of capacity. I would be getting rid of half of the staff, and actually providing some basic training to them, including how to provide good service, without over servicing, including some basic English skills. The hotel we stayed at previously for one third of the price, had much better service. Summary, lovely room, but definitely not the service to match. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend this hotel. I went on a business trip to Hanoi and a very impressed with a good service. The staff there is friendly, lovely, and kind. The location of this hotel is suitable for travelers, you can find a bar and restaurant around this area. I definitely come back again if I come to Hanoi!

Amazing stay at this small hotel. Hotel is new and clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and hotel provided four fluffy pillows (which is rare because normally it’s just two flat ones). Sometimes we came back to take a break and ended up falling asleep because it was too comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and we also requested for laundry to be done for a fee (50k per kg) and it was done within a day. Location is great with lots of food options!

Nous avons commencé notre tour au Vietnam ici à Hanoi, l'hôtel Marina est dans une grande position pour le vieux quartier de Hanoi. Les chambres sont très propres et de bonne taille. Les lits sont très confortables, donc après un jour occupé il était parfait. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très utile, un service excellent et ne peut pas faire assez pour vous.

J'ai été satisfait de l'accueil, de la propreté et de tous les services. Toutes les personnes impliquées dans l'hôtel étaient sympathiques et même si je ne parlais pas correctement anglais, ils me parlaient d'une manière qui me permettait de comprendre facilement. Le service a dépassé mes attentes, y compris les commodités et le nombre de serviettes dans la chambre. J'aimerais également l'utiliser lorsque je viendrai à Hanoi.

Nous sommes allés à cet hôtel après une nuit moins grande dans un hôtel voisin. L'emplacement est idéal si vous voulez être près du lac ou avoir des affaires avec une ambassade. Le lac est à 30 secondes de marche, les ambassades 10 minutes, etc. La chambre dispose d'une grande salle de bains, d'un bureau de travail, d'une cuisine pleine avec un réfrigérateur/congélateur de taille domestique, et le lit est très confortable comme les pièges. La zone de lit peut être découpée en fermant une cortina de plafond entre elle et la zone de salon -- convenable lorsque votre compagnon de voyage veut se lever tôt pour travailler (et tourner toutes les lumières). La salle de bains comprend un tube à pleine taille et un toilette japonais (c'est-à-dire un siège chauffé et construit en bidet avec plusieurs options). Ils nous ont fourni un menu qui comprend une grande sélection d'articles allant de normes occidentales à normes vietnamiennes. Les soirées du restaurant au toit comprennent des groupes de jeunes locaux qui prennent des égoïsmes dans le ”fabuleux” environnement. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le restaurant est très bon et les prix dans le minibar sont tout à fait raisonnables.

Grand Dragon Noi Bai Hotel propose une comodité inébranlable avec sa distance de marche de l'aéroport. Le service d'enregistrement rapide et les chambres spacieuses assurent un séjour confortable. Perfect pour les voyageurs ayant un layout à Hanoi.
