Very comfortable bedroom. Well dressed comfy bed. Really good shower pressure, nice fluffy towels. Quiet within the hotel, some outside noise but to be expected for the location at the seaside. Easy parking for us at the weekend. Very nice included breakfast. Delicious full English but I think other stuff is available. Lovely owner and staff. Dining room a treat. Very hard to fault this place. One small gripe seeing as nowhere can ever be 100%, the room was far too warm for us. For others maybe a bonus point. Overall if ever we are back in Hastings I'd like to stay here again. Lovely Italian restaurant within 50 yards and lots of antique/ vintage shops nearby. 20 yards from the promenade.

Been down a few times to Hastings and trying to find any decent hotel is difficult - it's just not a place most people want to go to on February - and I've been to a couple of shockers. So, at £ 100 for two nights I was expecting something to fail, but it didn't. OK, reception was a little perfunctory ”here's a key, off you go”, so no form to fill in, but had to ask for WiFi code. Paid a tenner extra for sea view, thus trading noise of traffic (wasn't that loud) for a riviera vista (sort of). TV, tea and coffee and most importantly, a half decent shower with two knobs, one for water, one for heat (why are others so complicated). Soap dispensers there. Unfortunately the bar was being refurbed.

La chambre était très confortable et confortable. Le service était bon.Il était chaud quand nous avons visité, et il n'y a pas d'AC dans la chambre , juste un peu de fan, et nous avons dû ouvrir des fenêtres larges qui ont fait un peu bruyant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à l'heure, donc ne pas inclure le petit déjeuner si vous prévoyez de visiter. A proximité de tant d'autres boutiques, le marché et la plage sont à pied.

This hotel is run by a lovely couple/family who have been established here for 8 years. Made me very welcome from the outset and shared a pint or two at the local pub with the proprietor at the Tower pub thankfully only 100 foot away!!! They do cream teas that are open to the public as well and the Carrott cake is to die for.... After first sampling the Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle as well. Breakfast was amazing and with good ingredients sourced. Room was lovely with lovely maintained gardens.... There was a bonfire in the garden as it was autumn which I so desperately wanted to light and re kindle nostalgic childhood memories.... Of bonfire night. Thanks goes to my accommodating friendly hosts and I would without question definitely stay here again if in this area. A rare gem in a commercially driven world.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La madrague sur le lit est en besoin désespéré de changer, les printemps se creusent avec chaque mouvement et la chambre était assez stuffée Le principal problème avec l'hôtel est le bruit, il est constant toute la nuit, donc nous n'avons pas été dur et dormir et parce qu'il y a est pas double verre pas beaucoup de se filtrer

Le paysage de la maison de vue de la mer est très bon, il y a un petit bâtiment. Le prix est vraiment très élevé, aller à la mer, le restaurant voisin est très bon marché! Le garçon a dit que la première fois que vous pouvez vivre dans une chambre aussi grande en Grande-Bretagne était aussi bon marché. Les chambres sont plus vieilles, mais, en vérité, tous les bâtiments britanniques sont si anciens, ils sont passés des siècles.
