Dans l'ensemble, le service et les chambres étaient plutôt bons, mais il y a eu un petit moment embarrassant à l'enregistrement lorsqu'ils m'ont demandé d'écrire sur papier le nom de ma petite amie alors qu'elle était déjà sur la réservation. Ils m'ont dit que ça allait cette fois seulement, mais la prochaine fois, je dois réserver une chambre supplémentaire pour ma petite amie. C'était vraiment embarrassant et j'étais en fait un peu offensé. Je ne paierai pas pour une chambre supplémentaire la prochaine fois juste tranquillement, si je suis refusé, je prendrai mes affaires ailleurs.

It was a wonderful stay at Le Merdien Saigon. Check in was a breeze and Ms.Hanni who was on duty was professional and able to address the concern on a minor defect in the room toilet. The issue was rectified while I was outside and issue was fixed prior to returning back to the hotel room. Attentive to the details she verified to ensure everything is in order in the next day. Other concerns were also addressed during check-in and also swift arrangement to address some other issues. A wonderful surprise to a fruit platter as well! We also ordered the in room dining food for dinner and it was good, thanks to the wonderful chef who brought the food up. Overall it was a good stay again in Le Meridien and like to compliment the warm hospitality and excellent customer service to Ms. Hanni and also to the manager on duty . Will be back staying at Le Merdien Saigon in the future. A minor feedback to the Global Marriott bonvoy app ( not Vietnam specific) if the room booking could have a list of default options for customer to be notified if the booking is primarily for room only vs room with breakfast vs room with addon (i.e breakfast , etc ) so that customer would be able to know easily during online booking . Current application may be challenging to navigate these options.

La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Après avoir vérifié, j'ai trouvé une valise le soir et j'ai enlevé une valise lourde au centre de fitness pour changer de vêtements. Je voulais changer de vêtements et aller au lobby de la piscine, mais le personnel se réveillait et a pris le bagage de mon partenaire et le déplacer en toute sécurité dans le lobby. Quand j'ai demandé le nom du personnel très ami, il a été appelé ”William”. Je félicite vivement William de la gentillesse.

The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was large and a great space for my family of four. The facilities were very nice but the service is excellent. We would like to thank Handsome Van at the front desk along with every person at the front desk for the next level of service they provided. I really was blown away by the great service we received from the doorman to the servers to the drivers to and from the airport. It has been 5 years since I have been back to Vietnam and the service at the hotel was spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! They really made my stay wonderful. Thank you Intercontinental Team. We will be back!

we verbleven 3 nachten in Roseland centa hotel. Mooie en comfortabele kamers , uitgebreid ontbijtbufet, goede ligging. De grootste troef van dit hotel is het onthaalpersoneel. Zij doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bijvoorbeeld; Long raadde ons aan om naar het vuurwerk te gaan kijken vanop het dak van Roseland Sweet Hotel en reserveerde ons een VIP tafel, we vroegen 2 extra hoofdkussens en die werden in een oogwenk gebracht, … Speciale dank aan Long, Niran en Tai.

Stayed here for two weeks while I was lecturing nearby. Clean. comfortable room - good value for money. But staff were very helpful and caring. I wasn't feeling well one day and the breakfast manager conjured up a lovely rice porridge for me. The hotel is on a lively street with a variety of restaurant choices. I will be back.

Chambre : Propre, entièrement équipée. Service : actuellement, seul le restaurant du hall est ouvert. Le restaurant et le bar sur le toit ne sont pas encore opérationnels. L'hôtel dispose également d'une piscine à débordement et d'une petite salle de sport pour faire de l'exercice. Personnel souriant et enthousiaste. Confortable en cas de départ tardif.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

La qualité du petit déjeuner était meilleure que les autres hôtels plus grands ici. Si elles avaient une meilleure salle de fitness. La piscine est petite mais propre avec le personnel travaillant toute la journée. La sauna doit être tournée sur demande et le jacuzzi a été brisé. Elle a toujours aimé l'hôtel pour le prix.

Dans le cadre d'un circuit 2 nuits (entre coupée pour se rendre à Can Tho marché flottant) Bel hôtel, bien situé (proximité Opéra /Poste/Hôtel de Ville) tres belle décoration florale, nous étions à quelques jours de la Fête du Tet, réception accueillante, personnel attentif, belle chambre, bon wifi, un bémol concernant les prises pour recharger les portables, doivent être toutes changer, le branchement ne tient pas la prise donc chargement impossible Coffre fonctionnel Salle de bain un peu exiguëe, notamment accès à la baignoire qui est haute et pas très pratique avec les portes en verre de protection Très bon pt déjeuner varié, pour tous les goûts dans une grande salle bien aménagée

Le serveur Sam est un Chinois d'outre-mer et parle cantonais. Il présente soigneusement les marchés et les restaurants locaux abordables. Je choisirai certainement ce restaurant la prochaine fois.

Au-delà des services extraordinaires offerts par l'hôtel, c'est l'attention exceptionnelle portée aux moindres détails qui distingue véritablement cet établissement. Qu'il s'agisse des touches personnelles apportées à notre chambre, de l'attention sincère du personnel ou des gestes attentionnés tout au long de mon séjour, je me suis senti vraiment valorisé en tant qu'invité, mon deuxième chez-soi. Chery Boutique hotel - no windows opaque out no see out. So no point and getting the window room and paying the extra fee because even with the window it is no outside visibility. - no towel hangers in bathroom. This is minor until you start to look for a place to hang your towel and you realize there is no where so I needed up hanging mine over the shower head No gym. If you like to workout or u want to keep up with your workouts, no real gym here. The 1 treadmill you see in the online pics was not working, and the stationary bike is unpowered belt type. The sauna was working but mgmt keeps the circuit breakers off so u can’t turn it on without permission. But it works and gets reasonably hot. There is no jacuzzi, the small pool that is listed as a Jacuzzi is unheated. Everything is smaller than pics. Pics are taken and the right angles and distance but anything listed under 300sqft is basically just bed and bathroom. Rooms are small. Loft has no headroom. If you get the larger room with loft the loft is just big enough to crawl I into the bed and sit up while in the bed, anyone taller than a 7 year old will not be able to stand up. Little to no bathroom couter space for your toiletries, similar to the towel rack, no counter space in bathrooms. On check out,n the way out they will inspect your room for missing items such as towels or wash clothes and itemize the waters you have drinken. They stock the refrigerator with bottled waters but then don't tell u that they are for sale. And they sale them for ,5x the price u can buy them from street vendors right outside.i was charged 100,000d about $5 for 4 bottled waters in the room. Check the online hotel listing , and you will see it says”drinking water”. They do at least give u a teapot so u can boil your own water and refrigerate for drinking. The breakfast buffet is as depicted in pics, only issue here is no juice bar.They put the juice in these tiny little jars barely big enough for a child instead of just making a dispenser full with the typical tiny glasses so u don’t take much. Overall, this is a good hotel in a pinch or short 1-2 night stays, and at the right price. $30 a night would be my max to pay on this one. It will put u in the center of the action of Japan town and district 1. But, ***as a vacation destination, I do not recommend. ****

Le Nord Charm est un petit hôtel très bon, situé dans le quartier 1. Il est à quelques pas des principales attractions touristiques et des bars/restaurants populaires. La chambre était petite, mais confortable et propre. La vue sur la zone environnante était très belle - vous pouvez voir la cathédrale (elle est maintenant écrasée mais sûrement sera belle quand elle est fixée.) Malheureusement, nous avons eu un problème avec l'inondation de la salle de bain. La chambre était très belle, mais nous n'avons pas changé, mais nous n'avons pas changé, mais nous avons dû ouvrir les fenêtres pour le nettoyer. Le petit déjeuner était très limité dans les options - il y aurait peut-être plus de pâte, de céréales, de yogurt et de plus de solutions chaudes, mais ce que nous avions était très gentil et nous avons fait le jour.
