Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner satisfaisant, mais dommage que le buffet était fermée. ( Obliger de choisir ce qu'on veux la veille.. ) Chambre correcte pour son prix, peut-être un peu trop petit. Par contre beaucoup de bruits derriere les murs et au plafond, sûrement du à une mauvaise isolation. Bonne salle de bain, bonne pression d'eau.

L'environnement est dans une petite ville, il y a tout dans une petite ville, le transport est toujours facile, même si ce n'est pas à proximité de la vitesse, mais la route nationale est accessible, la route nationale n'est pas roulante, il y a des camions à charge électriques. L'environnement est élégant et il y a une forêt derrière elle. Le seul défaut: il n'y a pas de climatisation en été, mais super calme, la fenêtre ouverte, le ventilateur électrique, le prix est beau, le prix est élevé

L'hôtel est réservé pour un voyage d'affaires, le petit déjeuner d'œufs + bacon, la salade de fruits, les boissons sont dotées de lait et de diverses fruits. Plusieurs types de pain, mais une fois, plusieurs cousins volaient, réactionnaient à la réception, un jeune homme a dit qu'il était parti immédiatement, et lui a dit que ça ne servait pas. . . Il y a un McDonald's à l'autre côté, le voyage était trop tensionné et il y avait un entrepôt à proximité de Kyoto, et certaines sociétés de cabines électriques nationales ont également ouvert des activités internationales ici, et un a été rencontré dans le corridor. Wij hebben hier van vrijdag 9 tot en met zondag 11 december verbleven. We hadden een arrangement met 2 overnachtingen, 2 keer ontbijt en 1 keer een 2-gangendiner. Het was een vast diner. Helaas lustte ik dat niet, maar men bood een prima alternatief. Mijn vrouw had wel het vaste diner. Het eten smaakte heerlijk. Ontbijt prima. Ook zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel ligt direct tegenover het station van Venlo. Het enige nadeel vond ik dat de kamer wat gehorig was en dat de badkamer na het douchen blank kwam te staan.

Superbe hôtel joliment décoré et d’une propreté exemplaire. La chambre est belle et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. La partie spa est agréable et relaxante. Nous reviendrons si possible et nous le conseillons vivement. Le personnel est attentif aux demandes, nous avions précisé lors de la réservation de pouvoir avoir la chambre plus tôt que 15h, et ce fut le cas, à notre arrivée, notre chambre était prête à l’heure que nous avions demandée ☺️ Merci à vous pour ce beau séjour 😍

A group of six of us stayed at the Maashof hotel on what was the last night of a 10 day motorcycle tour and it was also my birthday. I had carefully chosen the hotel in the hope that we would have a lovely stay and dinner in a beautiful lakeside location. Unfortunately there were several issues which cast a significant shadow over my birthday celebrations and ruined our stay. The problems started when checking in when they overcharged two of my friends and they would have overcharged another friend and myself, had I not noticed and intervened. I had booked four single occupancy rooms and one double occupancy room and there was an administrative issue between *********** and the hotel which caused confusion over how many guests were staying in each room, despite the hotel having the names of the six guests against each booked room. All of us were asked when checking in how many guests were staying in each room, but despite this two friends were charged the double occupancy room rate and one friend was charged for two half board dinners despite them all being in rooms on their own. In addition, they also attempted to overcharge us for the half board option despite me accepting a special offer online which had been emailed to me prior to arrival. We then had a further major issue. Three of the rooms were directly underneath the kitchen and hotel entrance and were extremely noisy until very late in the evening and again the next morning starting around 5.30am which meant several of us had a very disturbed night. Two of my friends complained at the time and agreed with the duty manager that they would have the full cost of their room refunded, as he was unable to offer them an alternative room. He advised them that if we had wanted better, quieter rooms we should have booked directly with the hotel rather than through *********** and he told my friend to email the Reservations Manager regarding the refund. The hotel management have admitted that the rooms we stayed in are very noisy, but there was no mention of this when we booked and they still charged the full room rate. On our return to the UK, I emailed the Reservations Manager and following many exchanges she offered a 25% refund for the three rooms most affected by the noise, despite the duty manager’s earlier promise of a full refund. Personally I thought this paltry offer did not provide sufficient remuneration for the problems we encountered but I felt I had no choice but to accept. I subsequently provided my bank details in an email but the refund was not forthcoming. I chased regularly by email as to why the refund was taking so long only to be told cross-border, cross-currency bank transfers take a long time and ”it will arrive within a few days” and then “as soon as possible”. Despite these repeated assurances it took 3 weeks for me to receive the refund and only then after several more emails including to the hotel General Manager who at one point decided to attack my pe
