the hot spring is great (the ones for female and male separately ; the room is excellent.. however, the buffet quality is somehow disappointing. i barely found anything that i could finish or wanted 2nd round - especially the meat/seafood dish.. even the quality of fruits also deteriorated. for future, i would not stay at hotel. will just get the hot spring coupons for hot spring (onsen) only. not worthy to spend almost $400 a night with the food quality

Hotel is very clean and provided many amenities such as slippers in room and whole day complimentary snacks. Hot spring tub in the room is also very clean. Overall, enjoyed the stay in the hotel and would choose to stay in this hotel again.

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

La chambre était très propre et disposait d'un bain thermal, très relaxant. Son emplacement était idéal pour explorer le village de Zao Shi et visiter d'autres attractions touristiques d'Yilan. La gare routière est à proximité et la gare de Zao Shi est accessible à pied. La chambre comprenait un minibar gratuit et des en-cas locaux. Ma chambre était calme, offrait une vue magnifique et disposait d'un balcon. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace thermal au premier étage et le spacieux bain thermal de ma chambre. (-) Néanmoins, le service laissait à désirer et les repas proposés au petit-déjeuner et au dîner étaient de qualité médiocre. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel donnait l'impression d'être un établissement touristique mal géré.

Profitez des gratuites pour le thé et les snacks complimentaires. La meilleure partie est le printemps chaud dans la chambre. Parce que mon enfant n'était pas encore à 115cm, nous ne pouvions pas utiliser le printemps chaud public. Il y avait aussi deux chambres au niveau 2 pour les enfants jouer et mini-bibliothèque. La machine à laver est en cours de réparation et, heureusement, elle dispose de 24 heures de roulette.

Bon hôtel avec option de printemps chaud privé. Petite distance de Yilan mais une bonne option pour profiter de printemps chauds aussi passer un ou deux jours à Yilan. Bons choix sont limités à l'hôtel, mais 7-11 / mart familial sont proches de l'hôtel.

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times. The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there. The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest. The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable stay in this hotel, very big room, and very high ceiling. You feel like a king in the room because the bathroom has a huge hotspring tub where you can soak in the comfort of your room. Worth coming to this hotel to just soak in the hotspring. Hotel staff quite friendly and speak good english. Only downside is that there are abt 5 steps of stairs to the entrance of the hotel and if you carry a heavy suitcase, will have to bring up and down. If you book the room across the road then you'll have to go to the other building opposite that is in the alleyway. Taiwan is generally safe, but going to find the hotel entrance (just a door) along the alley is still scary at night. Other than that, nearby have a lot of food options and the busy market streets. highly recommend!

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the station, though walking wasn’t ideal during my stay due to rain. It’s a grand hotel and very walkable (3-10 minutes) to supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, and even the night market. We chose this hotel because it’s one of the few that offers dual hot and cold spring tubs in the room. Bath salts were provided for the cold spring bath and replenished daily, which was a nice touch. There was a minor issue with one of the tubs leaking, but service recovery was excellent! Housekeeping checked promptly (within 4 minutes from our call) and we were switched to another room within 30 minutes, which was very much appreciated. The room, especially the toilet area, was spacious and matched the photos shown online. While some furniture and the tubs were slightly worn, there were no hygiene issues and the bed was comfortable. No noise issue at all. Breakfast had a good spread of Western and Chinese options. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff ensured we were well taken care of, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

First of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
