IInvitéLe café est trop grand, l'air froid est trop froid, la piscine est trop amusante, l'équipement est trop nouveau, ne venez pas, sinon je ne peux pas réserver la chambre plus tard. Et le petit déjeuner est à McDonald's, donc vous craignez de ne pas vous convenir.

The tranquility of the surroundings allows you to truly relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delightful, featuring a variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy a serene retreat!

UUtilisateur anonymeHotel is very clean and provided many amenities such as slippers in room and whole day complimentary snacks. Hot spring tub in the room is also very clean. Overall, enjoyed the stay in the hotel and would choose to stay in this hotel again.

AAL HKL'hôtel dispose de plusieurs parcs de voitures suffisants, soit en plein air devant l'hôtel, soit à l'intérieur d'un complexe près de l'hôtel. Le chaud de la chambre n'était pas exactement un chaud de la mer, mais comme l'eau chaude. Ils sont petit déjeuner comme une variété de choix, assurez-vous de les essayer, ils sont des plats très locaux et traditionnels.

UUtilisateur anonymeThis hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.

JJazlynJWas kind of lost to locate the hotel and the sky turns dark too early during winter time. Upon alighting at Luo Dong and checked with people around, mention to just bypass Luo Dong station, straight and turn right, however was stucked took a cab there. Prior to arrival, staff check in on my arrival timing too. Upon reaching, staff was really nice and welcoming. Luo Dong night market us just minutes away and there washing / drying services provided across the road. Very convenient if you plan not to pack much!

IInvitéThe room was big and spacious for family of 3. My boy age 5 love the car rides. Location was ok as we drive to the hotel. Carpark was pretty narrow. Breakfast has a good spread. the only cons was the missing hand wash , no amenities are fine but at least provide hand wash.

内風呂は清潔で、浴槽はとても広く2人で入ってもひろびろでした。
16:00-18:00にはアフタヌーンティータイムがあり、茶葉蛋や滷肉飯などが食べ放題でした。
朝食の時間は7:30、8:30、9:30から選べ7:30を選びましたが混んでなく提供も早かったです。朝食は定食になっており肉魚野菜果物がバランスよく入っており大満足でした。
ロビー横のマッサージ屋さんも清潔でサービスが良く高評価でした。宿泊者は15%オフで利用できました。

UUtilisateur anonymeFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
