The sheets where dirty. We found bugs in the bed, the hot water didn’t work and the carpeted floors where sticky. We drove all night and ended up taking a nap in the parking lot so we could rest and find a different hotel in the morning. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very accommodating and when I asked for the manager she pretended to call some one repeatedly. I could see on her phone it was the Home Screen and not the call screen. I asked for a refund and all she would say is the manager will call me back, but has yet to do so, and when I call they pretend like they don’t have a record of me staying at the hotel. If I could rank this less then 1 star I would. Not even worth half a star. I would be embarrassed to have my name on that building.

Tout autour de l'hôtel incroyable! Ça sera super amusant en été. Moltement recommandé de rester ici. Lobby est super cool, aime le bar intérieur et le petit déjeuner, environ 10 minutes du centre-ville de Houston. Seul le problème n'était pas de l'eau chaude dans la chambre, mais ils l'ont rapidement réparé.

Nouveau hôtel (construit en 2022) adjacent à la route. Clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. First staff went out of her way to make sure our room was feather free. Breakfast was hot and plenty. Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes avec le bruit, donc le côté non-freeway de l'hôtel est certainement calme.

Trouver l'hôtel était un peu difficile, mais j'ai finalement découvert. J'ai essayé le Bistro pour le petit déjeuner et la nourriture était très bonne. La situation était parfaite s'il était proche de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. accès facile à la autoroute
