Super séjour a Yunhailou. Prix abordable, chambre convenable, et l'hôte très sympathique m'a beaucoup aidé en m'indiquant l'itinéraire à suivre pour ma randonnée avec le temps dont je disposais. L'hôtel propose aussi un petite navette gratuite pour ralier à l'hôtel à l'entrée du site, très pratique. Je recommande 👍

Service impeccable, donnant de précieux conseils en tant que visiteur du Mont Huangshan

La salle de bain ne semble pas sécurisée. La douche de la salle de bain est fixée au mur en porcelaine, ce qui rend la prise de bain peu pratique. Le vieil homme est très chaleureux et vous expliquera comment gravir la montagne Huangshan avec moins d'effort.

Pour une chambre standard réservée pour plus de 150 yuans, le commerçant n'a pas fourni la chambre conformément aux informations de réservation et l'a directement remplacée par une chambre plus petite. La chambre sentait le moisi, le noyau de l'oreiller était insupportablement sale, les fils étaient exposés et les équipements de la chambre étaient médiocres. L'attitude du service était encore pire. J'ai appelé deux fois pour demander que les coussins soient changés. On m'a dit directement que j'étais très occupé et que je n'avais pas le temps. J'ai envoyé une photo MMS du coussin au commerçant et je l'ai ignorée. J'ai réservé plusieurs chambres sur Ctrip. Cette fois, la chambre était la pire et le service était le pire, ce qui a affecté mon impression de Ctrip.

Les sanitaires sont très vétustes. Le robinet doit être chauffé pendant 20 minutes. La climatisation est bruyante. La pièce est à côté d'une montagne. Le couloir n'est pas éclairé la nuit lorsqu'il fait noir. D'une manière générale, les installations datent des années 1990 et du début des années 2000, une ferme-hôtel ordinaire. L'hôtel a un peu d'histoire, mais il n'a pas été réparé depuis longtemps. Le prix pendant les vacances est trop élevé, trois à quatre fois plus élevé que d’habitude, pour être honnête, il ne vaut que moins de 100. Heureusement, le service de base fourni par le monsieur en bas et la réception était correct. Ils ont organisé un covoiturage payant et ont donné une introduction générale à la route de Huangshan.

Aircon wasn't really working, very cold but the staff was very helpful with planning the trip up huangshan

Good location half way between the main bus station and the South entrance for Huanshang Mountain. They provided a free car to take us to the entrance on the morning of the trip at 7.30am. One of the workers, made contact via wechat and met with us to explain (using translation app) how and where to go on the trail once up on the mountain and how much go pay, routes to avoid and how to get home. He was extremely helpful despite the language barrier. The bedroom was large and spacious and a good hot shower. The images on the advert were npt as we found it unfortunately. The inside space was outdated and we found it in need of some love and care. The reception was damp and mouldy, the same in the bedroom under the window. We paid for a window room but had small windows as we were on the 5th floor. The curtains and drapes were ripped and need to be replaced. We ate at the restaurant multiple times and this was really good and reasonably priced. There is a shop on site and always people around ready to help. It just needs a good paint job and some new touches in the bedrooms / removal of ripped drapes. It was a shame as the images online do not reflect the actual room we had. Nice service, welcoming and hospitable staff. Offered to drive us to the bus transfer point. The place however could be warmer and bit cleaner.

Room was nice and clean. It was little bit far from the national park. But person from reception always drive me there for free, which was really nice ! And they always booked transfer fór me to different areas! So in the end I did not mind distance.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He happily and very quickly attended to all our requests. Pick up and drop off service is amazing. The food is super delicious in his restaurant. Location is the best. The hotel room is reasonable for the price. It just needs to be renovated because the hotel is old and the amenities are consumed.

Amazing host and a great place to stay in general. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food! I highly recommend you give it a try. They offer free taxi service to the Yellow Mountains entrance gate. The manager also arranged transport to Hongcun village and to Huangshan train station. Also the rooms were nice and spacious. Really nice place to stay!
