Avis : Browndot Airport New Town

Recommandé pour ceux qui arrivent à l'aéroport d'Incheon la nuit ou qui prennent un vol tôt le matin. L'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de la gare d'Unseo et les chambres sont très propres. J'étais contente de trouver un fer à lisser, car comme j'avais un vol tôt le matin, je n'avais pas besoin d'apporter mon propre fer à lisser ! Je pensais qu'il était rare de trouver un hôtel aussi agréable. J'aimerais l'utiliser à nouveau quand j'irai en Corée !

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel very new. Convenient location not far from Unseo metro. But noise from slamming doors and some stomping witu upstairs neighbours. Good value for money though.

Great location to be if you need to get to airport early. We have no issues at all.

Staff are generally friendly. Only one set of towels was provided for a double room on the first day.

Building seems to be recently renovated. Room and the common area were generally clean. Bedding and mattress were subpar but okay enough to sleep. Just about right for a budget hotel.

The hotel is like brand new. Excellent condition. Not far from AirPort.

Clean, efficient, simple and it works. Self service laundry was great. Easy walk to train station and lots of restaurants around. Hugh tv and super cold aircond. Happy! Stayed for the foorth times still satisfied!

My first stay in south Korea was simply amazing, the hotel was very affordable and luxury. I have to definitely go back and book again. They’re so pleasant, I thought of trying to move there. Thanks to the whole staff for welcoming me with open arms. -Marcus. F

The location was not so far from Unseo station. Maybe 10' walking. Front desk didn't speak English but used translation app. It was easy to communicate. Although we reserved rooms to pay at the hotel, hotel had already charged my card for 4 rooms out of 6. this was not acceptable. We requested payment receipts, but they issued receipts with balance. There is no email address to communicate with the hotel. Phone conversation had to go through translation app again and hotel didn't issue zero balance receipt. Trip.com didn't give an option to get receipts.

Stayed 3nights. Housekeeping not available between 11am-5pm. My room was only cleaned at 6pm the second day. Then 3rd day they forgot to clean despite I hanged the sign "Pls clean room" outside and waited at lobby for them to clean. Self service laundry was good.

GS25 and 7-11 just right beside and opposite the hotel. The hotel is located ＜10mins away from the train station. I suggest taking a cab from the airport to the hotel if you have large luggage as it costs around 10 bucks. The hotel is so clean and big and well-equipped. I really love the stay. It also comes with hair tools for you to style your hair. There’s Netflix and YouTube on tv too.

Convenient location and very reasonable pricing. Room was big enough, comfortable and clean with plenty of food options near by.

Hotel is new, room is clean, has a very big TV, toilet is a bit empty, no vanity top, no place to put our cleaning items, no place to hang clothes and towels, no shower screen, the bathroom gets wet and messy every time someone take bath, the WC is good, with sensors. Bed is comfortable however not enough space to open medium size luggage due to there is one double bed and one single bed in the room.
