« Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars. »

Service : Le majordome Xiaohui a été aux petits soins, prenant en charge nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous aidant pour toutes les formalités d'arrivée, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche. Propreté : La chambre était propre et confortable. Un chauffage un peu plus puissant serait appréciable, car il peut faire frais la nuit. Restauration : Xiaohui nous a conseillé d'essayer le buffet de fondue chinoise et la cuisine du nord-est de la Chine au restaurant Caiyuexuan. Les deux étaient délicieux et le service impeccable. Ce séjour a été un peu court, mais je choisirais sans hésiter l'hôtel Sheraton pour mon prochain séjour au ski. »

Sa présence nous a fait sentir particulièrement bienvenus et nous a mis de bonne humeur ! Quelques suggestions : 1. Dans un hôtel de ski, les familles sont la clientèle principale, mais les chambres doubles ne sont équipées que de lits de 1,20 mètre, ce qui est trop petit. De nombreux hôtels familiaux proposent désormais des lits de 1,35 mètre. 2. L'offre de restauration au Regency Club est limitée et manque de saveur. Le choix est restreint et le personnel, distrait et absorbé par son téléphone, a manqué d'ambiance. 3. Les chambres sont trop sombres et insuffisamment éclairées, ce qui rend la lecture difficile pour les enfants le soir. 4. Les casiers dans les refuges de ski sont payants, à hauteur de 100 yuans minimum par jour. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels cinq étoiles au lac Songhua, au lac Beida et au lac Wanfeng, et non seulement ils n'avaient pas de casiers payants, mais ils en fournissaient autant que nécessaire. Je considère qu'il s'agit d'un droit fondamental pour les clients de l'hôtel, et non d'un moyen d'augmenter les revenus. 4. Le personnel du refuge de ski ne semblait pas faire partie de l'équipe Hyatt ; le service était déplorable. « The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back. »

« I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'. »

NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand. The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally.
