« Really made a good choice staying here instead of Holiday In Express. As the hotel is just beside the ski resort. No need to wait for any buses just walk to ski resort, ski village and even the hot spring. This hotel is very worth it. As you stay comes with complimentary: 1) Mini Bar in room 2) Hot Spring Access 3) Ski lift access ( 2000rmb deposit) 4) Snow activities 5) Breakfast 6) Shuttle from Changbaishan West Railway Station 7) Water Park At night the whole village really feel like in the alps. One night is too less for us to enjoy everything. Had an amazing sleep. Got bathtub. Room is big and with a wide view of the ski area. Very nice 5 stars. »

Service : Le majordome Xiaohui a été aux petits soins, prenant en charge nos bagages jusqu'à notre chambre et nous aidant pour toutes les formalités d'arrivée, ce qui nous a grandement facilité la tâche. Propreté : La chambre était propre et confortable. Un chauffage un peu plus puissant serait appréciable, car il peut faire frais la nuit. Restauration : Xiaohui nous a conseillé d'essayer le buffet de fondue chinoise et la cuisine du nord-est de la Chine au restaurant Caiyuexuan. Les deux étaient délicieux et le service impeccable. Ce séjour a été un peu court, mais je choisirais sans hésiter l'hôtel Sheraton pour mon prochain séjour au ski. »

Mention spéciale au directeur, reconnaissable à sa queue de cheval : enthousiaste et professionnel, il nous a recommandé de nombreux endroits intéressants à visiter et son service était impeccable et attentionné. Sa présence nous a fait sentir particulièrement bienvenus et nous a mis de bonne humeur ! Quelques suggestions : 1. Dans un hôtel de ski, les familles sont la clientèle principale, mais les chambres doubles ne sont équipées que de lits de 1,20 mètre, ce qui est trop petit. De nombreux hôtels familiaux proposent désormais des lits de 1,35 mètre. 2. L'offre de restauration au Regency Club est limitée et manque de saveur. Le choix est restreint et le personnel, distrait et absorbé par son téléphone, a manqué d'ambiance. 3. Les chambres sont trop sombres et insuffisamment éclairées, ce qui rend la lecture difficile pour les enfants le soir. 4. Les casiers dans les refuges de ski sont payants, à hauteur de 100 yuans minimum par jour. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels cinq étoiles au lac Songhua, au lac Beida et au lac Wanfeng, et non seulement ils n'avaient pas de casiers payants, mais ils en fournissaient autant que nécessaire. Je considère qu'il s'agit d'un droit fondamental pour les clients de l'hôtel, et non d'un moyen d'augmenter les revenus. 4. Le personnel du refuge de ski ne semblait pas faire partie de l'équipe Hyatt ; le service était déplorable. « 前台小姐姐們人都很好，得知我們是家庭出遊在房間條件允許的情況下幫我們升級了家庭房，房間很大，衞生間乾濕分離，空調暖風很足，主要是位置真的是絕了距離天池南坡開車僅需一小時的時間，而且早餐從六點半開始供應不用擔心看天池吃不上早飯的問題，酒店有温泉，衞生間特意標識熱水為温泉水含碳酸氫鈉，冷水為可飲用礦泉水～美中不足的是連休兩晚第二天沒有人收拾衞生，衞生間洗手枱設計不太合理，其他都很好，出來玩在山裡能住的乾淨衞生暖呼呼的就別太計較了，有機會還會再來 »

Le PIC répondra dans les meilleurs délais. Dans la section du district alimentaire, il y a peu de restaurants bons. Vous pouvez leur demander de recommander leur nourriture locale. Vous pouvez également profiter de l'utilisation de l'onzé clubé. Le service est très bon. Répondre à l'utilisation très rapide et il a fait quelque chose qui touche notre cœur. Quelque chose est arrivé à l'intérieur de notre chambre et le technicien avait résolu. NnurelyaImpression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.

Mon séjour dans les environs de la montagne Chang bai s'étant considérablement trouvé rallongé par différents facteurs extérieurs, je suis très naturellement retourné vers le lieu où j'avais séjourné les deux premières nuits après mon arrivée. Pourquoi aller chercher ailleurs ce que déjà sous la main ? La quiétude enchanteresse du jardin - patio et potager - et surtout la gentillesse et la douceur de la dame en charge de l'accueil. Toujours pleine de charmantes attentions pour ses clients. Et cuisinière authentique si le besoin s'en fait sentir toujours dans le but de satisfaire ses hôtes. N'en jetez plus, pour moi c'est une alternative aux hôtels souvent surfait de la zone touristique qui vaut son pesant d'or . 10 sur 10 cette fois...entre-temps je suis devenu Fan Anthony!

IInvitéAbsolutely loved my stay here! The hospitality is truly tip-top. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Their local recommendations were totally worth going to, especially the restaurant they suggested—I absolutely loved it The hotel itself has a very fun, modern, and colorful vibe, right from the lobby to the hallways. My room was spotless and well-designed. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfy, making for a perfect night's rest. The bathroom was also very clean and modern, featuring a great LED mirror. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

MMingJaeNiI forgot to take pictures of the room but I love how huge it is, perfect for groups and families to stay. The host is also very responsive and helpful. He picked up and dropped me off from and to the Railway station, just tell him what you need and he does his best to comply to the requests. The foods are also very local and tasty. The hotel is just few minutes of walk from Wanda Ski Resort. You can also take a taxi from the hotel to Wanda for more or less than 10rmb. The hotel is just near from several restaurants and stores. I even rented my ski suit from the store just near the hotel for only 80rmb/day with a deposit (refundable) of 300rmb which is way cheaper than renting ski suits from Wanda. The hotel is in Guosongcun and the place is perfect for those who want peace and quiet, away from too much crowd. Overall, my stay was absolutely pleasant and if I come back to Changbaishanxi again, I will definitely book the same hotel 👍👍👍❤️

Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.

IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. A special mention goes to the receptionist H, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. As we did not have the local apps in China, she kindly assisted us with ordering taxis and food delivery, always with patience and a warm attitude. Her help made a huge difference and we truly appreciated her care and attentiveness. We would also like to specially thank 陆陆, who helped us arrange everything related to skiing. From organizing ski clothing rentals to coordinating transportation to the ski resort just a few minutes away, everything was handled very smoothly and professionally.
