I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California. Honestly I’m so confused about the rating that I should give to this hotel. First I’d like to give a big sour out to Marcus (one of the managers there) he helped us with the confusion that the front desk had regarding our complimentary breakfast. We really appreciate his help. The rooms could use a renovation the key were outdated, the screen o our window was broken. The bathroom was outdated as well the sink and bathtub faucets need to be changed. The staff need lots of training, the housekeeping team had to get their manager to communicate with us as they couldn’t speak English (they only spoke spanish) The front desk lady was talking to us while eating and she had lots of partially chewed food in her mouth while talking to us which wasn’t professional and it didn’t look pleasant at all. The person who worked at the front desk at night was so unfriendly and unprofessional when we called him at 1:30am for very loud noises that were coming from above and lasted for a good two hours till around 3:30am. Even when you go for the hot breakfast buffet, the staff who’s in charge for taking your orders and room numbers was aggressive in the beginning and took our orders while he was seated with his legs crossed, we felt like students standing infront of our teacher,,, although he came to us and told us that he knew he was rude and explained that he did that as people previously complained that they should’ve been told the price of the buffet before they ate as they didn’t want to pay. I think all the staff need to lots of training. Hopefully Adam the new manager does something about it, he listened to our concerns and said that he will look into it.

Le personnel est très sympathique et l'hôtel très propre. La literie est confortable. Nous avons profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi. L'emplacement est pratique car il y a des restaurants accessibles à pied et on rejoint Laguna Beach en 15 mn en voiture. J'y ai séjourné deux fois pour raisons familiales et y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage.

Les chambres de place sont belles n très confortables n amples équipements nécessaires dans les chaînes de télévision de la chambre n applications très bien beaucoup tout était grand n th front desk gentlemen, Frankie, super mignon n très utile aimait son attitude heureuse n vibe nous fait sentir bienvenus. Je serai ici n Je recommande cet endroit à tous! 😀

Le service de la clientèle est très bien fourni par les conducteurs de la navette, surtout notre conducteur Issam ! Il s'en sort pour s'assurer qu'il se déplace pour nos voyages quotidiens à l'hôtel-office-hôtel- Irvine spectre- hôtel + les voyages les plus proches aéroports ! Il nous accueille toujours avec un sourire réel chaud. Il est très conscient de notre sécurité. Il cherche tout le groupe d'entre nous. Il est comme un imho de la figure paternale! Il veille à ce que je sois en sécurité pendant 15 jours à l'hôtel. Il est passionné par son travail et si ma mémoire n'a pas échoué, il travaille depuis plus de 20 ans dans le même hôtel. Cette loyauté doit être appréciée. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu le remercier avant de partir pour voler à la maison. J'espère vous voir Issam la prochaine fois que je viens à LA en 2023, avec la volonté de Dieu.

Le service de la chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons vérifié après 3 jours de séjour, à moitié vers LA, nous avons découvert que ma sœur a quitté son téléphone dans la chambre. Nous avons immédiatement appelé l'hôtel et parlé avec leur bureau frontal. Ils ont gardé le téléphone de mes sœurs en sécurité et quand nous sommes revenus ils nous le transmettent. Nous apprécions vraiment l'honneur là-bas. Kudos à tous leurs personnels! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel quand dans la forêt du lac ou dans les zones proches. Enrique

Excellent service client ! L'enregistrement était super facile et quand je me demandais où était le magasin de médicaments le plus proche, parce que j'ai oublié ma brosse dentaire la très jolie dame (je me suis fait honte de l'oublier son nom) est allée au dos et m'a apporté une nouvelle brosse dentaire et une paste dentaire sans que je lui demande Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. J'ai fini par rester ici en raison d'une mauvaise expérience que j'avais dans un des hôtels de convention dans la rue. J'ai quitté cet hôtel et trouvé l'Hyatt Regency Orange en ligne et j'ai vérifié à 9 h. Boy était une bénédiction en cache! J'ai économisé environ 500 $! Et l'Hyatt était aussi gentil que l'autre hôtel si ce n'était pas NICER! Merci Hyatt!

L'assainissement de la chambre ne sait pas si personne n'habite depuis longtemps, ou si chaque chambre est nettoyée comme ça, il est sale et gris. La porte de la chambre est très grande, l'effet d'isolement est très mauvais, le son de la porte de fermeture est très bruyant, la chambre voisine est interdépendante, les voisins sentent que la porte de leur chambre est en train de trembler.
