Chambres correctes avec des équipements fonctionnels et des rangements. Restaurant de plage très bien mais un peu cher. Restaurant principal bruyant. Petit déjeuner très encombré vers 9heures. Accueil et service correct. Seul bémol: établissement très bruyant au petit déjeuner et dîner et surtout de la musique au restaurant déjà très bruyant .Surtout les deux soirs avec animations musicales grecques ou DJ jusqu’à presque minuit pour peu de monde . Nous avions une suite waterfall, très spacieuse, très élégante, petit bémol au niveau de la salle de bain avec une seule étagère à 40 cm du sol pour disposer les produis de toilette, pas très pratique et aucun miroir au dessus des vasques. Chambre extrêmement mal insonorisée, on entend tous les bruits au-dessus et à côté (télé, bruits de pas, ménage à 7 heures du matin). Literie moyenne. Les capsules Nespresso à 2 euros pièces pourraient être gratuites vue le prix de la suite waterfall. Extérieur piscine (non chauffée) magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Agios Nikolaos. Buffet peu varié et peu de choix (pas digne d'un 5*), par contre terrasse extérieure superbe avec vue sur Agios Nikolaos. Personnel extrêmement sympathique et toujours souriant et efficace. Situation géographique en hauteur environnement très calme. A pied environ 30 mn pour se rendre au centre-ville. Loueurs de moto/voiture très nombreux.

Il est très triste que l'hôtel n'ait pas d'accès à la plage pour un resort insulaire, mais l'hôtel est très bon et Maro Dyalina est une perle. Merci beaucoup.

L'hôtel en lui-même est plutôt bien, propre et propose une cuisine savoureuse. Personnel très gentil et extrêmement sympathique. Un merci spécial à la gérante Christina, sans ses efforts, notre séjour aurait été totalement gâché à cause de l'incompétence partielle de trip.com. La description était incorrecte : 1. « Réservé aux adultes » indique le nom, qui, en fait, ne l'est pas du tout. Il y a eu quelques incidents avec des enfants séjournant à Dionyssos en plus du bébé qui pleurait à notre étage. 2. Trip.com n'a pas réussi à répondre à ma demande concernant la vue, d'après la première chambre qui nous a été proposée et le directeur de l'hôtel. La chambre n'avait pas de vue, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo. 3. Des photos ! Pour une raison quelconque, la description contenait des photos extérieures d'un autre hôtel ! Ce qui n'a été découvert qu'après l'enregistrement. 🤦🏼♀️ En réalité, la petite piscine n'est pas isolée, tout étranger de passage peut vous observer, car la clôture transparente est la seule séparation entre vous et la route à côté de l'hôtel.
