Globalement, je pense que cet hôtel est une option solide, surtout si vous restez en affaires. * Personnel de l'hôtel - amical et utile * Chambres - un peu plus que la moyenne * Alimentation - pas beaucoup d'une sélection sur place, mais beaucoup d'autres options près du niveau du club - c'est là où ”restez en affaires” entre en jeu. C'est vraiment la seule raison de visiter le club, le reste du jour ils ne proposent pas beaucoup, pas même de l'eau bouteille. Je resterais là encore? Pour ce prix ....on business ... yep Je le ferais!

C'est ma 2e fois que je reste dans cet hôtel continuera à s'arrêter ici, il est près de la salle de bains et de la nourriture, voir la famille profiter de la piscine, il y a des gens qui restent pour des conférences, sentir qu'il est un endroit sûr pour rester. Le personnel est disponible sur le bureau et il y a beaucoup de personnel de nettoyage.

Grande propriété avec facile accès à I95. Je ne peux pas dire assez de bonnes choses. Le personnel était ami. Les chambres, la chambre à petit déjeuner et la salle de fitness étaient propres et bien stockées. La zone est sûre et confortable pour les voyageurs dans la zone Jax. Les chambres sont calmes et bien conçues. Il peut être un peu éloigné des plages, mais dans les 30 minutes. Mes seuls soucis étaient l'unité de climatisation sonnait un peu comme un glacier à l'époque. Si vous aimez le bruit de fond, ce n'est pas un problème. Si vous avez besoin de silence complète, je recommande quelques plutons d'oreille. De plus, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options végétariennes sur le bar du petit déjeuner. Si cela est important pour vous, vous pouvez vouloir apporter quelques aliments qui se calment.

I've stayed at econo lodges in Europe, Mexico and across the US. I've even stayed here before. But this trip was easily the WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My experience was so awful... at one point, I thought I was being punked. But, unfortunately - this was all real. And really degrading. After driving 8 hours to get to Jacksonville (for business), I reach the front desk at 2pm. One hour before check-in time. I ask to check in early. Denied. ”Rules are rules.” So I wait in my car until official check-in time. At 3pm, I return to the front desk only to find the sliding partition closed. I knock on it - but I'm yelled to wait because they're having a staff meeting. Seriously? I and another couple stand around in the lobby for TWENTY FIVE minutes so that Krystal and her team can discuss about the shortage on one shift and the new procedures to tell guests that they'll be doing periodic room checks from now on. (Yes, I can hear you talking through the partition.) When they were good and ready, they opened the particition and couldn't find my reservation. It seems that corporate and their website operations accepted a reservation when they were fully booked. It wasn't until 4:30pm that I could finally check into my room. I could immediately tell that this was a room from the Hell Hotel - but Krystal assured me that she would get me a new room as soon as possible. (She never did.) THE ROOM The room was dark, damp, musty and disgusting. Even though the ******-like carpeting was dark, you could still see stains on it. The AC wasn't able to remove moisture from the air - so you felt like you were living in a human humidor. The globes around the light fixtures all had bugs (dead and alive) as well as mold and mildew in them. Bugs would show up on the walls from time to time. There was a family of dust bunnies living under my bed. The bed was lumpy and well-worn. The sheets: thin and cheap. The TV didn't even have a remote. (When I mentioned this to the front desk, they suggested I download an app to control the TV.) No smoke detector. A constant drip coming from my window AC unit. THE KITCHENETTE The word ”disgusting” is too nice for this efficiency kitchen. The stove top was crusted with... god knows what. The hood vent fan barely worked. The hood vent light was broken. The hood vent, itself, was falling off the particle-board cabinetry. The sink leaked under the cabinet. The microwave was old, beat-up and gross. The only thing here that was acceptable was the fridge. THE BATHROOM Suffice to say, I have found cleaner bathrooms at O'Hare airport. The shower stall featured mold in ever crevice. The tub floor hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The laminate on the bathroom shelf was peeling off particle-board. There was no toilet paper holder available. The sink had no stopper - and was the breeding ground for mosiquitos and knats. Whenever you'd turn on the water, bugs would fly out of the overfill hole. The faux-chrome sink faucet was pitted

Ce lieu est étonnant pour quelques raisons: 1) l'emplacement est spectaculaire avec plusieurs restaurants à pied; 2) les chambres sont confortables et immaculées; mais surtout, le personnel de l'hôtel est incroyable. Nous sommes allés à la traîne à 20h et Andy Preslar a dit ”Je vais m'occuper de vous” et il a notamment fait nous mettre en place en temps réel et engager Steffan à nous aider à parker notre remorque U-Haul et notre camion sur un grand endroit. Le matin suivant, quelqu'un avait pris le sèche-cheveux de notre chambre et à 4:30AM, Beverly a frappé sur notre porte avec un sèche-cheveux en main et un beau sourire sur son visage! Kudos à la direction supérieure pour reconnaître la valeur des grands employés et prendre le temps de louer le - Oui.
