This is the first time staying at this hotel under the name Radisson. In fact, we stayed at this place many times in the past under other name, Marriott and then Novotel. It seems the services get worse and worse as time pass. Here's the facts on this stay.
- check in/check out is fast & easy as we booked via Trip.com. No credit card deposit needed << I like that.
- room condition is quite ok, looks clean and comfortable. But some facilities like the card access reader just didn't work well. we booked 2 rooms, one room the reader just didn't work most of the time. Luckily the 2 rooms are connected, so we can got into it via the other room. The access reader of the fitness room also didn't work. The safe box in one room ran out of battery when we got in, but they sent a staff to change afterwords. << Need improvement.
- They seemed to provide variety of recreation facilities, but many of them are not in good conditions;
* there're big slider, volleyball net, and polo goals for pool activities, but the water in the pool seems dusty. Towel is provided and easy to grasp
* kids club still has a lot of games & plays, but it's not quite clean.
* there's a mini skateboarding field with skateboards & mini scooters provided for free even though there's a board saying the rental costs on the items, but it seems they let people use them for free now. << I like that
* There're many other mini sport facilities like a ping-pong table (outdoor), basketball field, badminton items, archery, volleyball glass field, etc.
- The worst thing at this place on this stay is the breakfast line, only 1 food line left (it was 2 lines in the past) very few items of foods, quality of taste and items was much much worse compared to what it was in the past during the Novotel and Marriott times.
Last, the funny thing about this place is there's no Spa facility available yet while its name is Radisson Resort & Spa.
