Hôtels près de Pramen Svoboda - pramen č.11 à Karlovy Vary

Un séjour inoubliable dans l'un des meilleurs hôtels de tout Karlovy Vary ! Il a répondu à nos attentes en tous points. Dès notre arrivée, notre voiture a été garée et nos bagages portés dans notre chambre. Le réceptionniste Maxim était absolument parfait. Il était très sympathique et nous a conseillé sur les endroits à visiter à Karlovy Vary - il nous a même montré tout sur une carte. La chambre était très spacieuse et avait tout ce dont vous pouviez avoir besoin, surtout la vue était à couper le souffle. Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous vous recommandons d'essayer les crêpes ou les omelettes que les chefs préparent juste pour vous avec tout ce que vous aimez. L'espace bien-être était idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée de visites, le sauna et la piscine étaient exactement ce dont nous avions besoin ! C'était un séjour absolument parfait que nous devrons répéter bientôt.

C'est facile dans le plus haut niveau d'hôtels que j'ai visités. A) Personnel aimable, utile et attentif qui vous fait sentir à la maison et qui vous assure qu'ils répondent à vos souhaits. B) Quelle qualité de nourriture. Je ne réserve pas habituellement un paquet d'hôtels, choisir de manger dans les restaurants voisins, mais ici nous avons réservé l'option pleine et nous aimions chaque plat unique. La nourriture était fraîche, faite pour commander et toute l'expérience de manger avait le bon mélange de ”fancy” (les gardiens apportant des plats en même temps pour la table entière) et ”casual” (les gardiens échangant des plats du menu si le temps est autorisé, les gardiens se moquent le cas échéant). C) Une grande propreté et une grande forme des installations en général. L'hôtel se sent bien nouveau, même si il est entouré depuis quelques années. Les chambres sont propres 2 fois par jour. Dans l'ensemble, l'un de mes hôtels préférés de tous les temps, même par rapport aux grands noms de fantaisie comme St Regis (New York, Abu Dhabi) ou les marques boutiques de luxe.

I visited this medical Spa without a hotel reservation, in order to get some relaxation, treatment and other possible activates that may be beneficial for the body and health. it was June 2023 after I found the castle Spa closed. I spoke to the reception who told me that they don't have any medical offers like the castle spa, but they only treat the patients that staying at the hotel depending on the condition they came for. Anyway, they allowed me to enter the medical spa and see what possible procedure I can have. They choose for me 6 procedures as per the availability and don't need a doctor consultation. I remember 3 of them which were… Thai massage – Oxygen therapy – Bubbly Magnesium bath.. In additional to use the Sauna, steam and swimming pool. My impression after I finished: »it's really doesn't worth it« The place is very cool, clean and amazing like a palace. The staff was very very helpful, polite and nice talking. I really thank you all. Treatment, or let's say procedures – activities. Etc. - the ones I got were very ordinary and neither I nor my body needed them. I regretted not getting the two-hour Thai massage session available in the designated Thai shops within the town, along with all the other services attached to it. it will be better, comfortable and satisfaction.

The building is impressive, enthroned up on the east hillside of Karlovy Vary. Habsburgian vibes reminiscent of ancient days. Imperial is in good condition and nicely renovated. The scale of the building is huge and dimensioned for thousands of guests. Walking around takes quite a bit of time but with lesser amount of guests than the mentioned thousand, it feels quite lonely to stroll the corridors... The public areas are mostly beautiful, but the five official stars... no, unfortunately not. What is lacking? Well, the scale of the property demands to keep it running. To keep it running you have to have a lot of guests. Thus, you have to attract people who not usually are in the ”five star category”. And so they (try to) do. Many things turn to ”cantina” standard in respect of both the reception and ”handling” of the guests and the dining options. Very tired staff at check in. One example: in the main lobby there are only two elevators, whereof one at our visit was out of order. Another elevator in another part of the hotel did not serve all the floors. Nah.... Rooms are renovated and just fine. All amenities and a good night's sleep in comfy beds. Nice with a small balcony. For those having some sort of boarding agreement, dinner is served as a buffet dinner in the magnificent ”Prague restaurant” with lavish decoration. A buffet is hardly a concept in a real five star hotel and we consequently had dinner in the more intimate ”Restaurant Paris” - see my separate review. In ”Prague” breakfast is also served, which proved to be a great gathering of all the hotel guests at the same time. More like a school cantina than a five star hotel. Everything in place though, and most thing you would want is there to find. Queues to the coffee machines... Parking was ”doen the hill” and we ended up parking on a tennis court (!). OK - no problem, but not in the ballpark of attending staff helping you with the parking facilities. Staff correct and polite. But very stiff. And tired. Many steps behind service of a true 5-star. It's about price/performance. We had the opportunity to stay at three different hotels at Karlovy Vary during our stay. And one of those was the Grandhotel Pupp, which we considered to be much more lika a true five star. AND they are/were cheaper! So, you may well stay at Imperial, just for the sake of the building's eminent history and athmosphere. But be aware that days gone by since the turn of the century does not apply in the respecto of ”grand” anymore.

Moi et ma femme aiment beaucoup cet hôtel, car il est un hôtel de quatre étoiles, situé dans un bâtiment historique, le plafond de cet bâtiment est très élevé, l'hôtel est super et très solide. Il est à environ 1.25 kilomètres de la chaleur, donc vous devez aller un peu, respirer de l'air frais, profiter du paysage de la montagne Carovi Fari, nous aimerons. Il y a beaucoup de magasins et de restaurants à proximité, il y a beaucoup de visiteurs ici, parce que près des zones résidentielles et gouvernementales. Le service est attentif, les procédures d'hébergement sont très rapides et nous nous sentons bien ici.

Le restaurant est un hôtel très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, très bon, Une telle jolie dame avec des façons magnifiques et désireux d'aider à l'attitude, merci beaucoup Martina ! Et le reste de l'équipe rencontre toujours toutes les questions/demandes avec un sourire, qu'il s'agisse de garderies, de restaurants, ils sont vraiment très aimables et agréables, merci! Les chambres sont tout à fait belles: spacieux, belles balconies pour les gens à se détendre et à se détendre avec une vue magnifique sur la rivière, propre. Le spa est magnifique, et les traitements étaient tous magnifiques, merci! L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre-ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel vous proposera de prendre un taxi quand vous aurez besoin de l'hôtel et il sera relativement bon marché. Pour quelqu'un qui veut se rendre dans les spas et avoir un week-end relaxant à l'hôtel, cela ne devrait pas être un problème, car il est assez relaxant.

Wonderful stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room that was clean and smelled fresh. Simpel but tasty breakfast. English speaking receptionist/staff. Short walk to go down town for dinner and shopping. We were even offered help with our luggade when leaving, there is about 20 steps to reception. Fine by us but good to know.

C'est un endroit très beau pour passer un week-end ou plus. C'était une fête de anniversaire, donc tout était vraiment au plus haut niveau - à partir des services, cousin, gardiens, atmosphère, etc. Je serai sûrement de retour, Cihelny!
