Le petit déjeuner pourrait être meilleur mais vous pouvez profiter de votre séjour. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous cherchez un séjour à Baku et complètez votre séjour. Tout le meilleur ! !

Perfect place if you are looking for a peaceful stay far from Baku city. This place is around 30 mins from Baku City Center and 10 mins from the Airport. We had arranged transportation in Baku, so commute to and from the hotel was not a problem. The hotel does arrange taxi for you if you request, but its recommended to use Bolt app to get around Baku by taxi. At the time of check in, the hotel reception asked us for our vaccination certificates, which was the only place that asked to see our vaccination status during our entire trip to Azerbaijan. Rooms are spacious and had a balcony. The rooms facing to the back of the hotel have amazing views of the golf course. Each room is allocated for 2 guests, so additional guest have to pay 10 manat per night and another 10 manat for an additional bed. The room has an expandable sofa, which can also double as a bed for the extra guest. We found the room AC, WiFi and shower facilities to be good. The rooms had no mini bar, but there is a common mini bar in the lobby next to the reception. The hotel seemed lavish in providing sanitary kits. It was also interesting that each room had a Lavazza coffee machine, but only 2 capsules were complementary. Dreamland Hotel did not have a swimming pool which was disappointing for the kids. Hotel guests can enjoy 1 hour free golf session at the Golf Academy located behind the hotel. We were a bunch of amateurs, but we still had fun taking turns swinging and missing, ball after ball. The hotel is located inside Baku Golf City, which is a massive area with golf greens, water bodies, lot of villas and apartment complexes. The hotel is around 1 km from the Dreamland Golf City main gate and once inside you could easily get lost. It would have been really nice if the hotel provided guests with free / rented bikes to get around the golf city. The golf city seemed to be well maintained and has good recreational facilities which included bike tracks, kids play area and fountains. There is also a Bazarstore mini supermarket (Open from 9am to 8:30pm) and ATM in front of the hotel. Breakfast is from 8am to 12 noon at the panorama restaurant on the ground floor. The free breakfast included with the room was a standard breakfast (no buffet) which includes an egg of your choice, bread basket and a plate with few veggies, fruits and some condiments. Our kids did not like the breakfast, so we had to order pancakes which costed around 7 ₼/plate. The breakfast selection was disappointing and that's where I drop a star for Dreamland Golf Hotel, it was so uninspiring that for the remaining days of our stay here, we had to search for alternative breakfast options. They could definitely improve their breakfast, because the same restaurant did serve some amazing food when we went there for dinner.

Не плохое место, красивая Территория возле моря. Завтрак с 8 до 10 утра попробовать не удалось из-за раннего выезда, зато мне предложили «сэндвич» (сухой хлеб и внутри пластинка сыра) с кофе без молока… что весьма расстроило, ибо был оплачен завтрак на 2 персоны. Порадовало то, что на ресепшн можно обменять валюту. В целом считаю что цена не соответствует.

J'ai passé une nuit pour prendre le vol, personnel serviable et sympathique, chambre propre, rapport qualité / prix, l'emplacement est un peu excentré mais les services de covoiturage et les taxis sont facilement disponibles à tout moment; la chaise dans la chambre n'était pas disponible / manquante, donc c'était un peu difficile de faire mes papiers. L'hôtel propose une grande variété de plats savoureux du sous-continent.

Уютный отель, хорошее расположение. В номерах чисто, сами номера просторные. Вежливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак, но не совсем разнообразный. В номерах не хватает освещения, так как очень высокие потолки, а лампы на такую квадратуру не тянут)

I would like to share my wonderful experience of staying at Excelsior Hotel Resort&Spa in Baku this June. I booked 4 nights (12-16 June) as I was planning since long time ago to visit Baku with my mom. I selected Excelsior based on reviews on *********** and its facilities. I must say I did not regret a second to have made this choice :) the hotel haz amazing interior design, superb breakfast service (thank you, team and Chef Zohra), amazing swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and spa amenities. I was super happy to celebrate my birthday in the hotel and the staff surprised me in the evening by bringing a cake and champagne to our room. It was such a beautiful gesture I will never forget:) overall, the staff is one of the best I met in my life caring, attentive, responsive and friendly. I recommend Excelsior to anyone who travels to Baku for business or leisure. Ludmila, Ukraine. June 2023.

En général, tout est bon: Normal petit déjeuner (oui, la diversité est petite si vous restez longtemps, mais dans une semaine je n'ai pas eu le temps de me sentir), une chambre adéquate, Wi-Fi, excellent personnel et prix. La chambre était un peu fatiguée (un couple de points sur le tapis, une tour), mais dans la salle de bains toutes les nouvelles + régulièrement mises à jour les frais et les meubles principaux en excellente condition. Le principal moins - emplacement: arrêts de bus qui vont du centre près et marchent souvent OT, mais avant que les arrêts eux-mêmes il est nécessaire de passer par la voiture parcée aux services, aux concessionnaires et aux installations de bus. Il est donc parti au bureau de l'OT le matin et est retourné dans un taxi.

L'hôtel est le plus confortable et confortable dans cette zone. Excellent service excellente langue des personnels de réception.
