Très fantastique hôtel à E-sarn, pleine cpmplete 100% de service de bureau frontal, merveilleux petit déjeuner, propre et parfait hébergement, installations très entièrement équipées. Nous avons reçu un service d'hospitalité de qualité de Khun Nuch - Hotel manager. Donnez-nous mille mains. Je reviens bientôt.

After a grand opening, I wanted to take a few days to relax before heading home. The room is amazing, and the food is incredible (I recommend Italian food). I look forward to returning. On the 28th floor, the highlight is a glass bridge that is 105 meters long. Enjoy the romantic evening atmosphere.

Le check-in était intégral, tout est allé. Vent avec 1 boissons de bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner était élargi, goût bien. Un des plus grands hôtels de Khon Kaen et chaque chauffeur de taxi ou Grab saura. La chambre est spacieuse, mais un peu sombre et vieux. Toutes les meubles sont 10-15 ans. Le lit est confortable, le ventilateur airconditionne un peu lourd mais peut passer à une vitesse inférieure du ventilateur mais pas aussi froide. La localisation est centralisée et facile à déplacer.

Le côté est un café et 71. Le côté opposé est un restaurant vietnamien. Allez un peu. Massage. Hôtel pratique et bon marché. Je n'ai pas de goût. Mais compte tenu du prix, je pense que la chambre est suffisante.

La première fois que vous cherchez sur différents sites Web Restez inquiet qu'il sera un ancien hôtel Avec des chambres de style ancien, mais pas vraiment, tout est bon, la chambre est bonne, l'eau est forte, il y a un pulvérisateur en bas, le petit déjeuner est bon. Avoir beaucoup à choisir de Bon emplacement dans la ville et il y a un bon emplacement au 1er étage de l'hôtel aussi.

Bon hôtel très propre rien à ne pas vouloir rester à nouveau la description besoins mise à jour dit hôtel seulement 0.4 kilomètres de la gare de bus mais cette gare de bus est maintenant fermée, donc nous avons dû faire notre chemin de la nouvelle gare de bus à environ 8 kilomètres de l'aéroport aucune plainte

Un peu au centre (1,5-2 km), plus proche (15 minutes de marche) du lac de la ville, donc recommandé si vous voulez marcher (la zone est locale mais sûre et agréable, certains hôtels à budget autour mais presque nul étranger), vous avez un véhicule, Les chambres sont de base, mais grandes, propres et plus que OK en fonction du prix. Il y a un ascenseur de sorte que le monter ne sera pas un problème même pour les personnes âgées. La petite zone de la réception (mais loin de la rue principale, comme il est de l'intérieur) est belle. Le personnel parle très peu d'anglais, mais il ne sera probablement pas un problème majeur si vous avez atteint Khon Kaen au premier rang. Il y a un beau temple chinois sur la route, Big C mini, 7 onze et certains restaurants locaux ne sont pas loin (5-7 minutes de marche), pour plus d'options, dirigez-vous vers le lac.

Je pense vraiment qu'il est juste de choisir de réserver et de rester ici pour la première fois pour aller à Khon Kaen, donc je veux un hôtel dans la ville. Le service est très bon, le service est très bon et les lieux et routes recommandés à Khon Kaen sont très bons.

The bed is comfortable, everything works, access and parking are good, rooms are very clean and well serviced by efficient, helpful and friendly staff. BUT . . . .Funky (though irrelevant) decor can never overcome basic problems with any establishment. There is no possible way this place deserves the high rating received. I was unfortunately forced to extend my stay so can write with some experience. First, the noise: the building has a U-shape design facing the street so it cleverly collects all the street noise and directs it into the front rooms, and what street noise. All night bikes and cars, even loud conversations exacerbated by a further design feature, the balconies, which require opening doors and therefore exclude the possibility of well-sealed windows. Then there is the white tiled floors which carry internal sounds nicely ensuring various knocks, loud TV and cleaning activity are clearly audible. Those same white tiles throughout also ensure plenty of reflected glare from sun and downlights as well. It all probably looked good in the plans! More importantly there is the kitchen, or rather lack of one. How a large modern hotel believes it can operate conveniently for guests without any kitchen or even dining area is a mystery. Again, worsened by the lack of reasonable equipment and utensils in the rooms - no sink, few cutlery/crockery pieces, no microwave which you would think a hotel without a kitchen would provide. Enquiring of desk staff what to do the answer was mostly of a shrugging nature. They didn't say eg that across the road was the hotel Le Cassia with a very pleasant dining area and breakfast for 150 baht. A walk around found some recompense in street food and a couple of fancy restaurants but they were a fair walk and not much good for breakfast. So location, also nah! To go anywhere you need a lengthy walk or a vehicle, and there isn't the ready availability of tuk-tuks or cabs as there is elsewhere. All-in-all this adds up to a pretty poor experience, despite any good points the hotel has, and it does have some as described. Value is just as available in other hotels without the drawbacks. The desk staff could be a little less sullen and more forthcoming also, and have some English - it is the hospitality industry after all. Most of this of course cannot be changed by management but more effort to overcome the problems would go a long way to improvement.

La chambre est propre. Beau propriétaire, bon service, le bâtiment sur l'entrée latérale peut être étroite. Mais le parking derrière est très large. Vous pouvez vous inviter à rester. Le propriétaire est amiable (adéquat pour se reposer bien)

Quite a nice characterfully decorated and laid out hotel. I liked it. Ideal location for the Khon Kean's westerner and Thai bars and restaurants; they are just a few moments' walk from the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are well airconditioned. Our room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. No outside noise, room very quiet. The only thing missing for me was a kettle and coffee in the room, but coffee and tea is available on room service or in the restaurant.
