Hotel was absolutely amazing, the staff where so friendly and helpful and very professional.. my brother missed place two fifty pound notes that went under the bed.. we only knew this because our room attendant found it whilst cleaning our room… she left the money on the bed with a note..big respect and one love to Monique our room attendant🇯🇲…Also the food and service was above and beyond, big shout out to Rok hotel I look forward to coming back..

Cet hôtel est très bien placé, dans le quartier de New Kingston, coin plus attrayant pour les touristes que le reste de la ville. C'est dans ce quartier que je recommande de loger. Il est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la Devon House (actuellement en pleine rénovation), du musée Bob Marley, et est un peu central par rapport à tous les points d'intérêt de la ville. Il dispose d'un parking gratuit. Le personnel est aimable et serviable. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses avec du rangement, un coffre, une machine à café. Excellente literie, la climatisation est efficace sans être bruyante. Petit problème d'insonorisation mais le coin est quand même calme. Le petit déjeuner est agréable au 5e étage, à l'air libre, devant le bar/restaurant et un couloir de nage. Très bon choix en tous points pour Kingston.

La première fois dans un hôtel Kingston (venait pour les célébrations de l'indépendance) et je suis absolument tombé amoureux. Il est très cool et l'extérieur de l'hôtel est magnifique, donc il ajoute à la classe. Ils se sont amusés et rient de mes plaisanteries (les bénédisent) et ont tout gâché avec grâce. Le petit déjeuner était probablement l'un des meilleurs que j'aie jamais eu dans un hôtel jamaicain. Il était très attentif et utile tout au long du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel était proche de beaucoup à Kingston et notre chambre était exceptionnellement propre. Il y avait deux piscines : la Sky Pool (pour Instagram) et la Cabana Pool, qui était juste une très belle piscine. Le Bar Sky et la piscine étaient magnifiquement éclairés et ils ont fait des photos de soir. Il va aussi rire à vos blagues et gagner toutes les lignes dans le sac Tetris tout en vous sortant efficacement.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel sometime after 9 pm. when we reached the hotel, the hotel staff advised us that they had computer problems and could not check us in. We waited over 1 hour to find out that they had given away our reservation. We tried to get something to eat while the hotel staff tried to find us another room, but the kitchen closed at 10 pm and we were very hungry. They tried to accommodate us and let us order 2 salads to go which took 30-45 mins. When we finally got our salads and we also got notice that they found us a room for the night. When we got to our room, it was very nice. They gave us the executive suite for the night which eased my dissatisfaction in their service for the night. The next day, I asked if we could stay in the Executive suite for the rest of my stay without any additional cost since they could not find us another room as i had originally booked. they agreed and my aunt and i had a great time for 1 full day. On our 3rd day when we returned back to the hotel room after being out the full day, we noticed load machine like sound coming from the room since we were on the 10th floor. Then we notice the sofa seat was wet and water on the floor. Then we noticed water coming from the ceiling running down from the ceiling down the wall and over by the living area and by the bar area. It was crazy. I had to call the front desk and report it. They sent up someone to evaluate and then when they saw it, they called the manager or engineer to take a look. It appears that work was being done on the roof and the water came down into the suite and made a mess of the furniture and floor. The engineer apologized for the inconvenience but and then left. We were left in the room with water all over the floor and unable to use the living room. We ended up having to call the front desk to have then send someone to clean up the water on the floor and on the furniture. We ended up eating in our bedrooms. When we checked out, i mentioned to the hotel staff about the inconvenience we had with the water and the staff was sympathetic but no apologies or offer to give a discount or anything. I decided i would not return to this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially with the experience we had.

Prix/service sont cohérents. C'est pourquoi la très bonne évaluation. Logement sûr, propre, petit avec un peu de potentiel de rénovation. 5 minutes à pied du musée Bob Marley. Parking gratuit sur le terrain fermé, une bonne réception et un portier précurseur. Réfrigérateur pour boissons est fermé la nuit, pas accessible. Il est logique de se procurer des boissons et des snacks avant l'arrivée. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été proposé en décembre 2022 (encore). Un reste de la Corona. Étant donné qu'aucun supermarché ou kiosk n'est situé dans un environnement à pied, il reste seulement le réservoir pour le plus nécessaire le matin, avant le voyage. Je ne recommanderais pas de rester plus longtemps, en principe pas à Kingston, mais pour le passage et le petit check-in de Kingston, qui doit être aussi bien quand on est sur l'île, bien.

Il dit que la salle de bains ”partagée”, mais j'ai appris que c'était de partager la salle de bains et la cuisine avec sa famille. L'eau n'était pas en train de travailler pendant toute la journée et le lendemain, l'eau était très froide. Imaginez-vous ne pas être capable de prendre un bain quand vous voulez ou de laver la main quand vous allez à la salle de bain. Le ménage est un établissement de qualité, mais il est un établissement de qualité. Courtney a menti à la société que j'ai réservée et a dit que tout était bien même si je l'avais montré. Il refuse de me rembourser pour les jours que j'avais quitté. J'ai littéralement quitté seulement pour ses inconvénients. Je dépense plus d'argent et j'ai trouvé quelque part beaucoup plus agréable. Ne perdez pas votre temps. Ce n'est pas un hôtel. C'est un endroit où il vous prête certaines de ses chambres parce que sa famille vit là. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans ma vie ou je le recommanderai!

J'ai aimé mon séjour ici. Le personnel était très ami et utile. La chambre était propre, le lit confortable. Je suis un petit-déjeuner picky mais bien. Je vais certainement rester encore
