Le personnel est adorablement pas de plaintes d'hygiène est 10/10 ils vous donnent plus de libreries que la plupart des hôtels qui rentrent certainement ici. I visited the hotel together with my family to usher in the new year. Its a grand hotel, imposing to say. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. All the amenities required in the room are provided. There is a pool, a gym and a spa. I also saw apartments within the hotel. I loved the ambience, the decorations and the general outlook of the hotel. But I was disappointed by the food, we had booked on full board, so I expected a 5 star buffet spread for the new year's eve dinner and later accompanying fireworks and ushering new year in style. But what the hotel provided was simply below par in my opinion. The next day , breakfast was simply the usual nothing out of the ordinary. New year lunch was also just not okay. Overall, I loved the hotel but they failed me in the food section. I felt I didn't get value for money after paying an arm and a leg. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel because it is a beautiful place but the food department needs lots of improvement.

This was my third visit. Stayed two nights. As before it was a lovely experience. We were upgraded to Super Deluxe accommodation at discounted price. Very clean, spacious, comfortable. Excellent balcony for relaxing listening to and watching weaver birds and beautiful views. Friendly and polite staff. Good food. Good room service. Will definitely back soon
