Avis : The Dewa Koh Chang

The Dewa est un très bel hotel, la plage privée est également très belle et le personnel est d’une gentillesse extrême.

Nous avons réservé l'hôtel pour nos vacances. Tout va bien. Mais une seule chose m'a fait réagir : quoi ? J'ai appelé le room service pour commander à manger, mais la personne qui a décroché m'a dit d'appeler la cuisine. J'ai donc répondu que je raccrochais et que la réceptionniste me donnait ce numéro pour que je puisse vous appeler. C'est pour ça qu'elle a pris ma commande.

Séjour peu impressionnant. Le personnel du restaurant n'est pas bien formé et est assez agressif. J'ai eu des démangeaisons et je n'ai pas pu dormir de la nuit, probablement à cause des draps sales. La nourriture et les boissons comprises dans le forfait sont limitées, mais le seul point positif est le personnel de la réception.

It was really impressive to stay at this hotel, the rooms were really comfortable, and the beach really gave me beautiful memories.Especially to all the staff, the receiption department is really friendly, very helpful with everything we need.Thank you to the reception staff who always smile.The breakfast menu is also very varied.Thank you THE DEWA for your service.

Very impressive with this beachfront hotel! Have a stunning sunset view on the beach and the staff are very helpful!!! Highly recommend and will come back again!

It was an amazing experience! Hotel have a great restaurant with delicious food and with perfect location by the sea , so everyone can enjoy beautiful view . You can either rest at the beach or at the pool , both have great view . And btw at the pool also have mini bar with delicious cocktails 🍸 I went to do massage and this was WOW! 🤩 cooling aloe effect was perfect for my burned skin , and atmosphere in the room was so relaxed . The room was something special, have personal big bath 🛁 there . Definitely wanna return to this hotel .

Maybe we gotten the last room of the resort. It was not a pleasant smell upon checked in. The room has a musty smell as i supposed majority of its funiture are wood and with the pool and sea nearby. Informed the staff and they immediately went to get fragrance spray for it. Welldone. The ensuite bathtub dont look 100% clean that one would one to jump straight to it for a dip😂. Overall, i expected better but it was still generally a pleasant stay. (Guess some renovations needs to be done🙊)

Hotel was lovely, right on the beach and could to the local shops. We had a terrible issue with flies, and even though we ensured all the doors and windows remained closed, these tiny flies still appeared from the drains. We had to ask the staff to come every evening to help (which they did) but it wasn’t the best welcome back after a day out to have flies on all our personal belongings, especially when the main area was in the bathroom.

Nice and comfortable

The best place for couples to enjoy the time with each other. Super friendly staff (thanks a lot You guys) will help with any questions and advices. Highly recommend if you want be out of the noisy citys and enjoy sounds of nature, this is the place for you! Villa room with fishes pool is incredible!

Nice location. Lovely staff. 2night at this hotel so wonderful. Amazing breakfast. The hotel can access to the beach.

We had nice stay. Should try their seaside dinner with fire shower. Front desk agents are really helpful

The interior and exterior design are quite beautiful. Even the size of the hotel is quite small but you can still find some good spots for nice pics. the location is good. Easy to access to the beach. But there are something that i don’t like from the hotel. Considering to the price, i expect the room to be very clean. The room is a bit dusty in some corners. -the bathroom smells quite bad, water from the bathtub come slowly
