Insanely bad service. I booket 1x 1 Night for 2 and 3x1 Night for 2 in total from 19 to 23 july. I ask if we could get same room during our stay to avoid moving room the Day after and it was confirmed by the receptionist. Today they show up and tells us to move room or we have to pay more to stay in the same room. The hotel is EMPTY we are the only ones here but they dont Care. I also booked a room with 2 single beds and they start giving us a room with a double bed. We are 2 men aged 41 and 51. WE DO NOT SLEEP IN SAME BED OF COURSE. I have used ********** app for 5 years now and have over 200 nights booket in total, most of Them in Thailand and i have never in my 10 years travelling in Thailand had such a bad service at a hotel. I even wrote the hotel 2 days in advance to explain everything about our room and out stay. No reply. We were told when we arrived at the hotel there was free transfer from pier but how should we know when noone at the hotel answer our messages. This is litteraly insane. This hotel does NOT provide any service at all and the receptionist has a very unpleasant Way of talking and explaining things. Do not go here its simply not worth it and the Island is covered in hotels anyway

Great little hotel . Spacious well equipped rooms . Clean towels every day . They also provide beach / pool towels . Good location . Pool is lovely although there’s only 4 sun beds which is a pain . Right on the beach . Ideal for watching those amazing sunsets. Only negative is it’s situated right opposite a noisy hostel which bangs out music till 2am every morning . Nothing out ear plugs didn’t solve though so don’t let it put you off . Nice little beach bars along the beach front . Second time we’ve stayed here . We’ll be back . Also don’t miss the morning view restaurant which is at the front of the hotel . Great food at great prices . God I love this island .

La chambre privée était propre, le lit était massif, la douche était chaude, l'air conditionné a bien fonctionné et j'apprécie le petit balcon ! Le café est un endroit agréable pour se détendre. Il est à 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Sairee, et vous passez par de grands endroits de nourriture, comme 995 poulets et près de LivingJuices Yoga (meilleures bowls de smoothie). La terrasse au toit n'avait jamais personne sur elle, il y a quelques tables et chaises et est un endroit parfait pour avoir un peu de temps tranquille. 4 sur 5 étoiles parce que la cuisine est petite, pas très propre, et que la douche et le chemin de fer ont été brisés dans ma chambre. Un ami et moi avons séjourné (1 chambre privée, 1 chambre) et n'ont pas trouvé l'été super sociable, mais c'est une bonne base pour explorer Sairee et rencontrer des gens sur l'application Hostelworld.

great little quiet hostel. easy to find off the main drag, staff were friendly with good english. wifi was quite good, room was very comfortable with ensuite. aircon and fan and towels provided (for private room anyway). would stay again, thanks good dream hotel :)

L'hôtel lui-même est très bon et les chambres étaient propres. Nous avions un double bungalow fan, mais je ne le recommande pas parce qu'il était de la façon de chauffer. Une chambre avec climatisation serait parfaite à cet hôtel, un peu plus coûteuse mais certainement la valeur. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la mer et dispose de beaux soirées. Le jour, la plage n'est pas très jolie, car il est peu de temps jusqu'à 17 ou quelque chose. L'hôtel vous prend de la pierre quand vous arrivez avec le ferry et vous y conduise quand vous partez de l'île aussi. Je vous recommande cet hôtel si vous visitez Koh Tao et si vous souhaitez avoir un hôtel près de la mer pour un peu d'argent.
