Everything was clean except need to improve inside toilet bowl..most of the hotel will definitely make sure it is shining

If you are looking for a more modern room this hotel is not for u, too me I'm fine as I always travel to small town. Their room is just like lower grade small town quality with cheap doors and shower. Other then that everything is fine lots of parking for customers also

Service quite helpful. Facilitiesjust ok. Food not taken at hotel. 

Decent place to stay.. try order food from The Luna Cafe.. the portions superb... value for money . support local business pls.. highly recommend them

My go to stay klu ke kk.. sebab senang parking dan senang mau kemana2.. staf semua ok bg perkhidmatan terbaik.. hotel biasala klu sda bebelas tahun.. ada juga down dia tp its ok still boleh terima.. mana mau dpt dgn harga yg murah mcm ni.. bilik decent besar.. cafe di bawa tu pun boleh tahan sedap..

Its fine for a 2 night stay. There is designated parking (safe) which is very very important. The hotel did not provide iron in rooms but ironing room is on the 1st floor. Water dispenser provided in the hallway for public use. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful🫰🏻 We requested room service and my carrot pillow was really comfortable tucked in🥰😂

Good place to stay and helpful staff. Customer service was quite okay consider how attentive they are to what the cust quiry during their stay, they tried their best to help. Thats my whole experience during the stay. From the window you can see the mosque, hospital, museum and etc from afar.

The mattress need to be changed. The inner spring so hard and made us difficult to sleep. Others ok.

A comfy and spacious room. I booked a triple room and it provided 3 single beds, which is very comfortable and considerate for us,

I stayed here in August this year so coming to stay here in november but unfortunately was that the staff on that day the shift was very very unfriendly and rude. She put me off so i decided not to recommend any friends stay there in the near future. We paid to feel at home and comfortable environment.

The room: room was spacious and ok. The cleanliness has room for improvement. There’s a cockroach when we checked into the room. The washroom: the shampoo compartment was damaged upon check in and it is made of glass, dangerous. The elavator needs an upgrade. Overall was okay for the price and location.
