A review based only on a Spa experience. After a previous visit to Hotel Copernicus last year, we decided to return for a Spa day. The hotel is expertly renovated and stunning inside, boasting a modern interior whilst maintaining the charm of the historical building. The lobby is extremely charming. The hotel itself has 29 rooms and is in high demand, and it’s obviously to see why. The location is perfect with the castle just a minutes walk away. The main square is also easily accessible, about 5-8 minutes walk down the Main Street which is bustling with shops, attractions, and museums. Now, about the spa. This is located in the cellar of the hotel and is once again, finished to an extremely high standard. The cellars are accessible via both stairs and an elevator. The spa is not large by any means, and the low vaulted ceilings provide a very cosy and intimate environment. Your first view is a crystal clear-blue pool, which reflects the light across the ceiling and walls creating a mesmerising dance of the light. To the right is a small check-in desk and immediately behind this is a quaint changing area furnished with lockers, a sink area, and shower. The spa is affiliated with L’Occitane and so all the products are branded as such. As expected, these products are top-shelf and smell incredible. In the lockers, bath robes and slippers are provided, and towels are liberally placed around the spa for your convenience. As a male with size 11 feet, I stood no chance squeezing my spade-like feet into the dainty slippers. I asked for a bigger pair and was provided with an identical, one-size-fits-most pair. Needless to say, I was also unable to wear these but I am used to this so bought my own sliders for the occasion. Next, into the relaxation chamber. Two large reclining beds are located here, on the floor. Very comfy and relaxing environment. Many candles (electric imitations) are present and the atmosphere was so calm I lay down and had the most amazing Power Nap. Free water (bottled) is provided. There is also another shower with an assortment of yet more L’Occitane products. A small sauna in the corner was set to 99° Celsius - and certainly felt it. I managed to endure 10 minutes, but would struggle to stay longer due to the heat. The pool itself is relatively small, but the atmosphere is unparalleled. And due to the need to book a treatment to access the spa, was deserted. The pool itself is amazing, and although heated, is at body temperature. The real star of the show was the treatments. My partner and I both booked facial treatments. 60 minutes for approximately £70. Not exactly cheap by Kraków standards, but this was by far the most amazing experience. The smell of lavender and other essential oils was incredible. The masseur was equally brilliant and I left feeling the most relaxed and stress-free I have been in years. Si vous avez besoin de nourriture chinoise, il n'y a pas de proximité, mais vous pouvez manger des sushis. A côté se trouve le parc et la vieille ville. Uber est moins cher pour aller à l'aéroport. C'est environ 40 roupies polonaises pendant le temps occupé et libre.

Le centre de la vieille ville de Krakow et le sentiment historique de cet hôtel sont très bien situés. J'ai aimé le petit déjeuner dans la magnifique salle à manger grande et légère. Ils ont aussi un grand restaurant sur le site, avec une belle cuisine de l'Europe orientale faite à la maison. Nous avons dîné là les deux nuits que nous avons séjourné là. Très recommandé!

La chambre est grande, il y a un endroit pour mettre la boîte, mais le lit n'est pas grand, pas loin de la vieille ville et de la gare, probablement au milieu. Il y a une école de musique dans l'hôtel et il y a toujours des étudiants du collège qui pratiquent le piano et diffusent de la belle musique. Je ne sais pas si le climatiseur de la chambre est en panne, pas trop froid, la maison est assez à marée, l'autre est ok, il y a le petit-déjeuner, mais la variété ne peut pas manger beaucoup.

Grande vacances de semaine. Visitez Cracovie pour une semaine de vacances avec une autre famille. Beauté d'hôtel avec vue sur les chambres. Chambres très propres avec très joli design. Réservez une chambre de vue sur la rivière avec accès au salon club. Grand salon avec une boisson d'après-midi et des snacks offerts. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur jamais eu. Grand variété et grand service. L'emplacement est le meilleur de la ville près du château de Wawel et à quelques minutes à pied de la place principale. Cracow est une belle ville.

Hôtel très propre, personnel très convivial, petit déjeuné au top (si vous n'aimez pas les petits déjeuner à l'anglaise vous risquez en revanche d'être déçus ). Les chambres sont propres et équipées d'un coffre fort, un mini frigo, une bouilloire, un sèche cheveux et sèche serviettes. Deux bouteilles d'eau sont mises à disposition chaque jours ainsi que des petits sachet de café et de thé. A 5 minutes à pied du centre ville où vous pouvez aussi opter pour le tram, un arrêt ce situe juste devant l'hôtel !

This boutique hotel has the perfect location - old town, but without any rush and noise (trams!), between Main Square and Kazimierz District. Easy walkable distance to all main attractions, restaurants and pubs. The place itself is spotless clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms, excellent shower rooms with a floor heating. Daily cleaning service (you can op-out), tea/coffee and bottled water (sparkling and still). Sugar yes, milk - no. The usual amenities - hair dryer, safe box and refrigerator. We occupied courtyard room, which was dark and we had to use lamps even during the day. It might be annoying for some people, personally I didn't mind - most of the time we were out anyway. The hotel offers breakfast service, but we didn't use it. There's also sauna. For the location and price (if booked well in advance), I highly recommend this hotel.
