Excellence boutique hotel

Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel, au design artistique et élégant, est situé juste à côté de Petaling Street (Chinatown). Il est à quelques pas de nombreux cafés et restaurants populaires, parfaits pour les visites décontractées et les dîners. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique et fait de son mieux pour répondre aux besoins de ses clients. La piscine d'eau salée est très propre et offre une vue magnifique, que vous vous baigniez le soir ou le matin. Des serviettes et de l'eau citronnée rafraîchissante sont fournies au bord de la piscine, une attention particulière. Le seul bémol est que, bien que les toilettes publiques soient belles, elles ne disposent pas de douches ; vous devrez donc retourner à votre chambre pour vous doucher encore mouillé. Enfin, l'hôtel ne dispose pas de parking, mais il est très pratique de prendre le MRT ou de se garer dans les parkings à proximité (il faudra se renseigner sur les tarifs au préalable).

Extremely good service but the view and location could be better. For the price you pay, the luxury is there but the view of homeless people opposite petaling street is not the best. Also, the sheer bathroom doors barely offer privacy indicating a more suitable approach for couples rather than families or friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Else Hotel - the staff was really friendly, the aesthetic of the hotel was amazing and we really love the ala cart breakfast! Location is also great you can choose to take the metro as it is only a 4 min walk away. Located in the heart of chinatown, we mostly walked to all the locations that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend!

Truly a luxurious 5-star experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning. Every corner feels like a page out of a design magazine. Classy, quiet, and effortlessly atas. Breakfast was a real highlight: beautifully presented à la carte dining where you choose a starter and a main upon arrival, with unlimited coffee, tea, or juices. Everything was made fresh to order. No buffet chaos, just calm, curated indulgence. Every dish we tried was yummy! Quality over quantity, and it showed. The service was warm and attentive, making the whole stay feel personal and high-end. Would absolutely return!

Staff were friendly and reached out to me via Whatsapp. Provided Omno Solace shower products which were very nice to use. You can also request for a free bottle of Aesop Rind Concentrate Body Balm once a day.

The hotel decorates very nicely and cozy.Staffs are so friendly and I really enjoyed this trip so much.

Nice hotel, enjoyed the stay. Just a small matter, late checkout request was denied, was a bit dussappointed.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐of me！！！ I had a wonderful stay at ELSE Hotel! The environment is beautiful, cozy, and very clean — truly a comfortable place to relax. You must try their breakfast — it’s not only delicious but also very unique. I especially loved the morning tea; their teacups and teapots are so charming, I instantly fell in love with them! One special thank you to the team at ELSE: During our trip, my friend unfortunately had a minor fall. When I asked the front desk for some first-aid supplies, I didn’t expect them to deliver it to us so quickly. We were truly touched by their kindness and efficiency. Thank you, ELSE, for your warm hospitality. I’ll definitely come back again!

Really nice hotel in the old town area. Impressed by the re-renovation of the old building. Staff are so helpful and not to mentioned the breakfast quality is excellent. There are choices of pillow for your selection, feather and latex. The room is very spacious and we can access the balcony for sun bathing.

Beautiful hotel and buzzing area, with loads of cultural and foodie spots. The security guard at the hotel entrance was friendly, and loved the open concept of sitting down with the front-desk staff to check-in. The room was well-equipped and they even had Raya snacks for us. The overall artsy vibe and decor of the hotel are gorgeous. Breakfast was also lovely, great wait service and very tasty food. Will definitely visit again.

There is nowhere else I would stay the next time I visit KL other than Else. It's beautiful, has a great gym, great location, has a rooftop wine bar and top notch service. And the breakfast..OMG. I can't rave more about this accommodation.
