- Bonjour. Le personnel masculin et le gestionnaire sont si gentils de me transférer à la nouvelle chambre qui me semble être celle que je voulais. Leur excellent service et bonté me font vouloir répéter mon séjour là! Vous choisisserez certainement la suite, car la suite est nouvellement rénovée. Bien fait Seri Malaisie. Location: Près de Drawbridge, Pasar Payang et camions alimentaires. Parking: Si vous arrivez pendant les vacances scolaires, vous devez peut-être parquer la voiture dans la zone fournie (gratuit) à travers l'hôtel.

La chambre est confortable.. satisfait.. mais si vous prenez le toilette dehors, le toilette est un peu atroce.. Le plus satisfait parce qu'il est proche de la ville 😍 Si quelqu'un veut un budget, juste pour un repos et un sommeil, il est très recommandé.. Le prix est bon marché je ☺️ tq 😘

Having previously enjoyed my first stay, I had high expectations, and I’m pleased to say that YT Midtown did not disappoint. The affordable price for such a comfortable and well-appointed room is truly remarkable. It’s evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, as the level of service remained consistently excellent during both of my stays. The staff at YT Midtown once again demonstrated their professionalism and warmth, making me feel like a valued guest. It’s evident that they genuinely care about ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay for every visitor. The fact that they go above and beyond to maintain this level of service is truly commendable. Just like my previous visit, the inclusive breakfast was a delightful highlight. The range of options and the quality of the food remained impressive, adding to the overall value of my stay. Starting my days with a delicious breakfast was a wonderful way to kickstart each day of exploration and relaxation. The room itself was a haven of comfort, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. Mon partenaire avait choisi Ming Paragon comme notre maison pour 3 nuits à Kuala Terengganu, car il était situé au centre et près de nombreux sites d'intérêt. Notre vol a été arrivée à midi, mais depuis que l'arrivée était à 14 h, nous avons dîné pour la première fois et nous avons visité 2 sites d'intérêt pour tuer le temps. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel juste avant 14 h et nous avons parqué la voiture devant Ming Paragon car nous ne savions pas que le parking de l'hôtel était derrière le bâtiment. Nous avions également utilisé une app de parking pour payer le parking de rue. L'entrée était rapide et sans problème. Il n'y avait pas de service de porte-porte ou de concierge car c'est un hôtel 3-star. Nous avons transporté nos bagages nous-mêmes. Notre chambre était au 1er étage. Elle était plus petite que je ne l'attendais. Cependant, elle était décente et propre. La madrasse n'était pas aussi confortable mais la position stratégique était plus que prévue pour elle. Le climatisation était bon et au moins nous disposions d'espace de parking pour prier. La salle de bain était de bonne taille. La pression de l'eau était aussi bonne. Le plus beau, il était équipé d'un bidet à main. C'était une bonne surprise, car c'était un hôtel chinois à commencer avec & j'attendais à moitié qu'il n'en ait pas un. Le gel de douche, le shampooing et le conditionneur sentait bon. Un shampooing était également disponible. Il y a une grande interférence. Nous avons été très bien en plein air, mais nous n'avons pas beaucoup d'inquiétude. Bien qu'il n'y avait pas de réfrigérateur, il y avait une installation de café et de thé. Le réfrigérateur central était disponible dans le hall. Nous avions donc laissé notre nourriture dans leur réfrigérateur. Nous avions parqué au parking désigné de l'hôtel le soir. Un gardien de sécurité sur notre voiture est gratuit car il était complimentaire pour les clients de l'hôtel. Nous resterons certainement à nouveau chaque fois que nous sommes à Terengganu, comme Ming Paragon Hotel avait répondu à nos attentes.

La chambre n'est pas grande mais suffisante et assez confortable pour une personne mais la chambre n'est pas aussi propre que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Peut-être à cause du manque de personnel pour faire le ménage car j'y vais le week-end. Le service client n'est pas non plus très sympathique.
