Ce n'est pas un hôtel très beau ! Il est très nouveau et se sent comme ça. Notre chambre est grande, confortable, propre et élégante. Nous aimé pendre à la piscine et au chauffage. Le personnel est extrêmement utile et attentif. Ils nous ont contactés par courriel pour établir un taxi pour nous prendre à l'aéroport.

Espèce que l'hôtel est ouvert par le chef chinois 🇨🇳. La configuration des produits quotidiens dans la chambre est très conforme aux peuples nationaux, il y a des bouteilles chaudes, des remorques à usage unique, le petit déjeuner est plus avec l'adresse, les œufs de tomates de tomate et les petits fruits de légumes, ne peut-on pas aimer? Hahaha, après avoir quitté la maison pendant plus d'un mois de la ville de Thin.

Les hôtels Casa Grande en La Paz, ne décevant pas, je suis revenu à cet hôtel depuis longtemps, en fait, ma dernière fois a été avant la rénovation, donc j'ai trouvé un nouvel hôtel, chambres très confortables avec tous les services et avec beaucoup de détails, très Ma seule recommandation est de renouveler vos TV's par Smart TV's pour améliorer la connectivité et l'expérience des clients et de pouvoir accéder à votre plate-forme de streaming.

Un hôtel bien établi, situé dans la meilleure partie de la zone sud de La Paz, offre des hébergements excellents pour les clients et les familles d'entreprise. Outre les installations de l'hôtel, l'hôtel propose plusieurs espaces publics et des chambres de différentes tailles pour des réunions et des conférences, ainsi qu'un excellent service de restaurant. Les installations importantes offertes par cet hôtel sont le beau jardin et le bar karaoke,

J'aime beaucoup le service de la réception, donne un sentiment gentil, avoir contacté plusieurs réceptions avec son service est le meilleur et très intime. J'espère que vous pourrez revenir la prochaine fois!

Le petit déjeuner est relativement petit, il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre, mais vous pouvez repasser les vêtements, c'est plus confortable de vivre seul, la chambre est assez grande, la porte est la route, vous pouvez prendre un taxi à tout moment, le l'environnement est également très bon! Vivre pour affaires c'est bien, le prix convient aussi

Mon mari et moi avons eu une expérience absolument merveilleuse ici. Merci beaucoup à l'ensemble de l'équipe pour votre hospitalité. Après un voyage assez brutal des États-Unis à La Paz, mon mari a fini de quitter son téléphone cellulaire dans un taxi. Le propriétaire était assez gentil pour lui dire que le conducteur était en train de retourner à l'hôtel. La cuisine est très bien, le service est très bien.

My wife, son and I spent 17 wonderful days in Bolivia but only had a poor experience at the Casa Grande. We booked a family room so we could all stay in 1 room but when we checked in we were separated and my son was down the hall. He is a young adult so he was not concerned but this was inconvenient since he was down the hall and not next door or in the room we booked. We had several issues with our keys not working during our stay. You need a key to use the elevator and had to go back to the front desk multiple times as the key did not work in elevator and at times for the room door. However more concerning was that we realized after several days that our room door did not lock! Yes the door could be opened without a key. We did not realize this earlier in our stay because we had so many key issues that we did not realize until New Years morning when the key did not work and I just turned the handle and the door opened. When we informed the staff, we were told that the maintenance person was off because of the holiday and offered another room but we were leaving the next night so it was too much to pack to unpack for the night and we dead bolted the door when inside. On top of this our safe did not work. The staff attempted to fix a few times but could not get it to work. We had to go to my son's room down the hall every time to lock up our valuables which is an inconvenience especially if you're trying to enjoy a vacation! But given the door not locking and the safe not working we were more than surprised. Staying in a hotel without a locked door is a major Security issue - crazy. The staff was always helpful and tried to assist. We asked to speak to the owner: Don Carlos but was told he was away. The manager was not on-site New Years Day. But the housekeeper & young man on staff that day were very surprised and understanding of our dilemma to NO fault of their own. When we brought this to the managers attention upon check out the next day: ”Nothing” was mentioned about our issues, except for we are so sorry about your experience. I spend 100 plus nights out a year in Marriott in the US for work and this has never happened, and when issues occur they are prompt to address. We had a wonderful experience at the Marriott Santa Cruz the prior week followed by a wonderful stay at the Camino Real in La Paz. Camino Real in La Paz. We were expecting a much better experience at the 5 star Casa Grande , but disappointed with the outcome especially given we paid more than $250 a night. We stayed at the Casa Grande from 12/27/23 through 1/2/24. Still never heard back from hotel manager regarding our concerns and still waiting for ANY response back. Hotel food is good and staff is friendly and warm and because of this reason only dd not lower to 1 star.

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant 25 nuits pendant que nous faisions des visites et des travaux de collecte de fonds pour plusieurs orphelins. Le centre-ville de La Paz est un centre de la ville de La Paz, où vous avez une vue très spectaculaire sur la ville de La Paz... L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner inclus était plus que suffisant et le café était bon. (Le comportement des clients n'est certainement pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais certaines personnes sont inconsidérées!) Dans l'ensemble, nous étions totalement satisfaits de notre séjour et nous choisirons certainement de rester à l'hôtel Sagarnaga lorsque nous rentrons à La Paz l'année prochaine. Nous manquons déjà l'hôtel et le personnel, et nous recommanderions certainement cet hôtel à quelqu'un qui voulait quelque part propre, sûr et bienvenue à rester !
