Hôtels près de Centre-ville, Graz

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

L'emplacement n'est pas le meilleur. C'est bien si vous aimez un séjour plus calme, mais en termes de commodité, ce n'est pas terrible. Comptez 15-20 minutes à pied de la gare centrale, et le centre-ville est dans la direction opposée. On peut prendre les transports en commun assez facilement, mais c'est aussi pratiquement indispensable pour aller n'importe où, à part le supermarché en bas. Cependant, l'hôtel lui-même est très agréable. Les chambres sont modernes et bien aménagées, avec des équipements utiles dont une machine à laver (il faut télécharger une application et payer via celle-ci). Le personnel a également été très serviable, m'a aidé avec la consigne à bagages et pour imprimer mon billet de train pour ma prochaine destination. Si l'emplacement ne vous dérange pas, je recommanderais de séjourner ici, c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Very nice location. Our room was facing the main road but there are no noises coming in. The noise camcellation is good! The room is spacious and classy! The parking is easy and it ia 15 Euros per night. We had some issues with heating in our room and the staff gave us more blankets, but in the end the room wasn't as cold as we thought. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Frühstück sehr gut. Personal im allgemeinen auch sehr gut, bis yu einer Frau am letyten Tag, eine Asistin, unfreundlich. Ich bewundere mich, warum es um kurz nach 10.00 heute, d.h. am letzten Tag, noch nicht 12.00 Uhr, wo man noch kein check out macht und Koffer usw. runter holen muss, ist das Zimmer gleich gesperrt. Ich konnte nicht ins Zimmer rein. Ich glaube, das hat die Frau gemacht, denn bei meinem deutschen Kollegen war es nicht passiert. Sonst andere personalien sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'établissement est situé à 4 minutes à pied de la gare et à 6 minutes de Lidl. Les réceptionnistes sont attentionnés, sympathiques et efficaces. L'établissement met à disposition des clients une cuisine commune et un local à vélos. Un bar et un café sont également disponibles à la vente. Un espace commun spacieux est idéal pour travailler et se retrouver, avec un billard et un baby-foot pour 48 joueurs. De nombreux livres sont également disponibles. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, car les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, avec du gel douche offert. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included! I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
