The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

L'environnement de l'hôtel est très bon. L'hygiène propre. La piscine est vraiment belle pour prendre des photos toute la nuit. Parce que les enfants aiment nager, ils ont choisi cet hôtel. La piscine est très propre. Il est recommandé. En dehors du petit déjeuner, les autres sont très bonnes.

Absolument fantastique. C'est un petit village tranquille avec peut-être 14 chambres. 1.5 heures de la ville de Cartagena. Un peu d'une voiture durement, mais certainement la valeur du voyage. Lorsque vous entrez par les portes, il est beau et pacifique. Style de type balinese. Pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais ils font un très bon travail. Très bien équipé, vous avez quelqu'un pour vous aider si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Très tranquille. Pas de téléphones, pas de télévision dans la chambre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, privées, très confortables. Deux petites plages sur l'un de l'autre côté de la zone principale. Toutes les réceptions à air libre, Restaurant. Un restaurant avec 2 niveaux. La nourriture était vraiment terrible. La meilleure nourriture que nous ayons eue en Colombie. Nous étions là pendant trois nuits et l'aimions absolument. beaucoup de voyageurs de jour, des gens qui rentrent de Cartagena en bateau pour passer la journée à l'hôtel. C'était gentil. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci à l'honneur qui a pris si gentil soin de notre famille. Un endroit spécial.

Service excellent, personnel très bien formé et attentif aux besoins des clients. Chambre propre. L'hôtel annonce une plage à 50 mètres, mais l'accès à la plage est actuellement impossible en raison de travaux ; il faut donc marcher plus de 500 mètres pour y accéder. Les articles du minibar sont extrêmement chers. Globalement, je lui attribue la note de 4,5/5.

Le petit déjeuner était étonnant 200/10 🤩. Une grande variété de fruits, de nourriture saine et locale. Merci beaucoup à Andrey, si gentil et charmant qui m'a aidé dans tout. Et à Jorge, si professionnel, Alfredo et les filles de cuisine, merci pour ce délicieux repas. Le toit est un rêve mais malheureusement, il n'y a pas de barmans (stables) pour se déguster des boissons. Malheureusement, le gestionnaire général était inprofessionnel et malin, il doit améliorer sa relation professionnelle pour conduire une bonne gestion d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. J' aiimerais revenir dans mon prochain voyage à Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommandations: si vous ne tolèrez pas le bruit, ne réservez pas les chambres à côté de la rue.

Un excellent choix pour découvrir Carthagène. L'hôtel est très agréable. Son emplacement est idéal, entre Getsemaní et le centre historique, permettant ainsi de découvrir facilement Carthagène à pied. De nombreux restaurants se trouvent également à proximité. La décoration est de bon goût et crée une atmosphère chaleureuse où l'on se sent vraiment à l'aise. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours attentif, aimable et réactif. C'est un hôtel moderne offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Hautement recommandé !

Toutes les chambres sont équipées d'un jardin central, qui est gentil mais pas pratique, car les gens traversent toujours la fenêtre, vous ne pouvez pas laisser ouverte la fenêtre, car vous n'obtenez pas de confidentialité. La chambre est sur le sol, où est le restaurant. Il peut être mieux sur les autres étages. Alors juste la lumière artificielle. Il n'y a pas de bureau dans la chambre, sinon la chambre est décente et propre. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais bon avec des cafés, du jus de fruits et une omélette. L'endroit est sûr et la réception doit être ouverte pour vous d'entrer et de sortir. Vérifiez strictement à 15 h même si la chambre est disponible 😅

Tout était merveilleux ! Les chambres sont simples mais assez confortables. Ma chambre avait une excellente connexion Wi-Fi. Le personnel est réactif et fera tout pour que vos vacances soient une réussite. La nourriture est délicieuse et bien préparée. Zone de plage des deux côtés. Vous pouvez nager sur la jetée ou dans l'arrière-cour, où se trouvent des hamacs confortables au-dessus de l'eau. L'eau est cristalline. Pour changer, j'ai commandé une excursion à l'océanarium. Je le recommande à tout le monde !👍

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
