Hôtels près de Phoenix-See, Dortmund

Le petit-déjeuner est bon. La chambre est propre et dispose de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. Idéal pour les vacances et la préparation des repas.

Le chambre était parfaitement équipée et propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Booked this hotel for one night stay after catching a football match at Signal Iduna Park. The walking distance from the stadium was quite a distance but it was quite close to the Dortmund Hbf. Nothing to complain about it. The room was cleaned and cosy but there was no cups and mugs available, the bathroom was nice but with one lotion for all 🤦🏻♂️ the bed is the worst, is like sunken in in the middle of the mattress, what the heck???!!!!

Super Lage in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Sehr cooles Design im Zimmer und generell. Leider Abzug wegen dem spärlichen Frühstücksbuffet ohne Pancakes. Und auch wegen fehlenden Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer.

We came from Ireland to Germany and stayed at NH Hotel Dortmund. During our stay, Caroline stood out as the most professional member of staff. Having visited many countries and stayed in numerous hotels, we can confidently say that her level of professionalism is exceptional. She speaks both English and German fluently and consistently delivers a high standard of service with great attention to detail. We strongly believe that Caroline truly deserves to be in a managerial or assistant managerial position, and we highly recommend dealing with her for any service.

Wir waren zum BVB Spiel angereist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Man kommt in knapp 30 Minuten zu Fuß zum Signal Iduna Park.  Unsere Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich mit Blick auf das Stadion. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Lediglich etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären toll.  Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Nach dem Spiel haben wir im Hotel etwas gegessen. Ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Eine kleine aber feine Auswahl an Gerichten, die auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passten. Das Frühstück war lecker.  Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Dortmund kommen, werden wir definitiv wieder im Courtyard übernachten.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, le hall est également très atmosphérique et les chambres sont également très bien. Les installations sont complètes, la décoration est chaleureuse et unique, et le service est également en place

Tout a été très bien, sauf que vous devriez vous dire 2 jours avant votre arrivée que vous vous connecterez. Enfin, je pouvais les atteindre un jour avant mon arrivée et il n'y avait pas de problème de se rendre à l'avance pour un ”check précoce”.

L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la gare de Dortmund, à quelques minutes de marche de la gare de Dortmund, et il est également très bon de se rendre à l'aéroport de l'express, à l'opposé de la gare de la gauche. La réception était très utile et supportive. La chambre était propre et très confortable. Wifi fonctionnait bien. Derrière l'hôtel sont de nombreux magasins et restaurants à environ 10 minutes à pied.

While checking out this morning the manager at the hotel said the credit card Trip.com provided kept getting declined, so we were forced to pay twice. While I understand there was an issue with the trip.com payment, this should be handled by the hotel and the booking service. Or they should have alerted me earlier during my stay and not while I was about to check out with a travel connection that was close to being missed. Instead of public transport I had to spend 25 euro on a taxi to get to the train station.
