Inase est un endroit vraiment magnifique et magnifique. Si vous cherchez la paix après avoir passé du temps à Kyoto ou dans d'autres grandes villes, c'est le meilleur endroit pour se reposer. L'équipe est très gentille et amicale, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, et le jardin à l'intérieur est magnifique. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le bagage, mais ils nous ont aidé à le faire, si reconnaissants pour cela. Ce lieu est 10/10. Ne hésitez pas à le réserver.

The location is very quiet and calm. For those who want a break from the main cities this place is highly recommended. The hotel picked us up from the nearby station and the communication was very active and accommodating (I emailed them when we were in Kyoto station in advanced and once we reached the local station, their shuttle was already waiting for us 🥹). Biwako Valley is near so it was our only planned big activity in the area aside from walking along the quiet road and trying convenience store food and using the 24 hour laundry place nearby. The food is very healthy and you will experience traditional Japanese service (they prepared colorful Yukatas for us and we wore them for bfast and dinner in their restaurant) . The private onsen was great and you can also use the public bath in the hotel itself. I cannot list everything but our experience here was truly amazing!

Rester ici était la meilleure décision de tout mon voyage ! Notre chambre avec onsen en plein air en hiver, une aubaine ! Le petit déjeuner inclus était splendide ! Tout le personnel était très sympathique et arrangeant. Le manager Kazuyoshi Watanabe nous a SAUVÉ la vie ! Que Dieu le bénisse! Faites attention à lui quand vous y êtes. Je recommanderais à quiconque de séjourner ici s'il cherche à se plaindre et à se détendre dans un séjour de style japonais avec tout le confort occidental.

Chambre spacieuse avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Personnel très sympathique avec un service professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont parfaits. Le onsen extérieur est parfait.

Very great time here, i give it the maximum rate! The people are awesome or particularly kind, the worry about everything for you, shuttle bus to station or from station to hotel, all amenities. The food was absolutely delicious, even tho sometimes it wasn’t at our taste you can see that the products are fresh, carefully selected and very tasty. It had a playing 8ball pool, and a ping-pong table! Very near Biwa Lake. Outstanding view from 11th Floor onsen. I recommend and wish to come back on our next trip to japan.

La chambre est propre, j'ai pu déguster un échantillon de Mikimoto, ce qui était excellent, et l'expérience était également excellente. Un service de retrait est disponible, je recommande vivement.

J'ai pris la chambre VIP elle est très grande. Elle ressemble au ryokan traditionnel. Superbe! Avoir le onsen dans la chambre c'est aussi super franchement. J'ai adoré mon séjour ici. C'est très reposant, la vue sur le lac est juste magnifique. Comme je suis à Kyoto les prochains jours, je reviendrai pour une nuit pour profiter encore du onsen et de la vue magnifique sur le lac biwa.

The hotel surprised me with its cleanliness. It was way newer than I expected. The room is spacious. The public bath is awesome, very comfortable with an outdoor onsen. I ordered one night with breakfast. It was delicious. I wonder why we were the only ones being seated inside the by the wall, while all the Japanese clients were seated by the window though. Was it on purpose?

Booked this stay to explore the areas around Lake Biwa. Reception was warm and friendly with an English-speaking host who provided us with the information for the stay. We booked the western style room as we preferred an attached bathroom, however the room condition was outdated and needs refurbishment, like peeling surfaces. The Japanese style room looked better when we caught a glimpse during check-out time. Nevertheless, location and amenities were great. Location is near major eateries and commercial centres by a short drive.
