Personnel chaleureux et accueillant. Service rapide. Possibilité de choisir ses oreillers. Chambre spacieuse avec belle vue. Salle de bain grande et sans odeur désagréable, serviettes propres et fraîches. Bonne pression et eau chaude sous la douche ! 👍👍 Climatisation réglable, contrairement à certains hôtels où le thermostat est fixe. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et je reviendrai sans hésiter. 😁

Bedsheet and pillow case was stained. A bit of smell in the pillow too. The washer had a lot of washing powder in the compartment and was not cleaned. Water temperature was not consistent during shower. It took a while to get hot then it became super hot and halfway it turn cold. The breakfast could be better. Food was average.

La location est à quelques pas du centre de rnf, mais si vous avez des personnes âgées, il ne peut pas être confortable car vous devez traverser la route le 1er jour pour vous connecter. Comme nous n'avions pas de carte d'accès, il faut marcher sur et le long d'une route pour atteindre le bloc. Après cela, nous avons pris tout le temps comme les personnes âgées ne pourront pas marcher trop longtemps et sur les pistes. Le condo était joli, mais la zone de bouillon peut être plus propre. Nous pouvions l'odorer le long du corridor. Le verrouillage de la chaîne de porte a été déchiré. 2 portes à l'entrée frontale, à l'intérieur de l'unité était assez propre et répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient très propres, mais les toilettes avaient un peu d'odeur, apportaient un pulvérisateur. Les moustiques sont communs, les pls apportent des répulsifs d'insectes même dans l'unité. Chaque chambre dispose d'air conditionné, donc il est OK. La chambre est confortable avec une vue agréable sur le balcon, la mer et les bateaux. L'expérience de gd dans son ensemble, mais ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel. Il s'agit d'Airbnb. La piscine était bruyante avec les enfants, le gym était aussi occupé. Nous n'avons pas nagé ni utilisé le gym mais nous avons marqué sur le pont pour regarder les bateaux.

Bed is not that clean. Got hair and dust on it. There is no clothes racks in the toilet. So we unable to hang towel or clothes so far. Otherwise overall still ok. The facilities at level 7 are great playing for kid. My kids are enjoyed with the swimming pool and playground. I book the studio at RM287 per night.

Les chambres sont bien entretenues! Très confortable séjour. Juste savait que la salle de premier studio n'est que 1 par niveau mais la vue est belle. Surtout le matin, le réveil est au soleil. Le petit déjeuner était généralement bon. Le problème est que notre clé de carte ne pouvait pas fonctionner et a fait mal à descendre et à réparer. Nous avons dû attendre et il n'y a pas d'aircondition dans la zone de levage. Le personnel est venu avec mon mari pour ouvrir la porte parce qu'ils ne savent pas pourquoi ne peuvent pas valider la clé!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Space Residency. The location is great, as it’s very close to KSL, making it convenient to explore the area and find food and shopping nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The instructions provided were clear and easy to understand, so everything was hassle-free. The room had a beautiful moon-themed design that made it feel cozy and unique. It was well-equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for a longer stay. The washroom amenities and towels were also provided, making the stay even more comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful view from both rooms. Waking up to such a nice view really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Space Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near KSL.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied de KSL et de nombreux restaurants. Appartement joliment décoré et propre, climatisation performante et wifi impeccable. Un grand merci à l'hôte pour la réservation de la salle de karaoké : ma famille a passé un excellent moment à chanter. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été trop court et nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'utiliser le billard, bien que nous ayons découvert qu'il y en avait un dans l'appartement. Seul bémol : une forte odeur d'égout, surtout dans la salle de bain commune. Mais j'ai constaté que c'est assez courant dans la plupart des appartements de Johor Bahru où j'ai séjourné. Dans l'ensemble, un séjour agréable.

This hotel used to be our favourite hotel in the past 2 years. However, our stay in this hotel has changed our opinion. The price of hotel accommodation has increased. The hotel room aircon is not cold. No bedroom slipper provided as per last time. The towel is dirty. TV shows are full of snow, terrible to watch. The only good part is the bed is comfy.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.
