as usual, one world hotel dont dissapoint. always my choice whenever i visit KL with my family.

A wonderful place to stay! The space felt modern, bright, and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The layout was comfortable, and all the amenities worked flawlessly—fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and a fully stocked set of basics. nearby a mall and easy to get food . Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Five stars all around!

La location est très proche d'un centre commercial utama. Seul 8-15minutes conduire à 1U ou Starling Mall. Contrôle et sortie est facile, les instructions sont claires. L'ensemble de la maison est propre et confortable. La maison est confrontée à la zone de camping et à la mosquée, donc il y aura un peu de bruit. Tout cela est bon. Certainement réservera cette maison encore si avec la famille ,Tq hôte.

J'ai apprécié le séjour. Belle chambre propre et spacieuse. Très bien situé avec de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Kang de la réception a été particulièrement utile pour résoudre les problèmes que j'avais.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour ici. Dans l'ensemble, tout était bien, y compris le service et la propreté.

So far alhamdulillah puas hati dri segi kebersihan & decorate bilik...bilik ade microwave & dapur gas untuk masak @ panaskn lauk..kolam pun bersih & selesa..staff pun baik & puas hati✨Cuma lokasi je la mcm tersorok

Avantages : - Bon rapport qualité-prix, moins de 50 RM par personne pour 4 personnes - Lit confortable (de marque King Koil) et mobilier neuf - L'appartement est neuf, donc tout est neuf - Parking gratuit au sous-sol - Enregistrement rapide au niveau G, pas de file d'attente et récupération des clés très rapide au comptoir - Ustensiles de cuisine, four, plaque à induction, réfrigérateur : tout est fourni Inconvénients : - Seulement deux bouteilles d'eau fournies, pas de distributeur d'eau (conseil de pro : il y en a un à l'extérieur de la salle de sport, au niveau 39) - La propreté du sol est perfectible, j'ai trouvé de la saleté et du sable au sol - La piscine n'est pas très propre, le gardien nous a également dit que nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser ce jour-là, je ne sais pas pourquoi - L'ascenseur met tellement de temps à arriver, je vous conseille d'éviter les heures de pointe comme midi-midi, heure de départ - Environnement calme, il n'y a qu'une épicerie en bas, tout le reste se fait en voiture = Globalement, une bonne expérience en raison d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.
