Hôtels près de Zoo Leipzig à Leipzig

This very sad hotel stuck in the 90’s was very disappointing . The hotel staff were friendly, but one couldn’t tell the staff from guests apart, because they didn’t wear a uniform or have name badges on. The room was very dark. Dark old rug, very dark wooden closets that were way to large for the room. That dark furniture had seen better days and the bed wasn’t comfortable. The bathroom a nightmare. The shower was old and dingy, black spots of mold between the grout. The soap dispenser was over 1 meter away from the sink. Very nerve racking. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing. There was almost everything available, but the long lines at the 1 coffee maker wasn’t an ideal situation. After 1 week , I was happy to leave.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, habe aber die Vorzüge des Hostels sehr genossen - gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, alles sehr durchdacht, junge, urbane Atmosphäre, Lounge und Raucherbalkon haben tolle Aufenthaltsqualität und die Einrichtung ist insgesamt äußerst geschmackvoll und wertig, bis hin zum Bad. Mein Zimmer wäre nichts für Lärmempfindliche gewesen, aber da gibt es sicher noch andere. Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein, quasi am Markt, fußläufig zum Hauptbahhof, Supermarkt und Bäcker um die Ecke. Ich komme sicher wieder!

Il est classé comme un hôtel budget, mais il est certainement un niveau supérieur au budget. Heureusement, le prix est le budget. Le service du personnel était excellent et le petit déjeuner était très bon. Chambre et hôtel en général était propre.

Die letzten Jahre waren wir völlige Motel One Fans. Das Motel One jetzt auch langsam an die 100,00/Nacht kommt ist noch ok. 15,90 für Frühstück ohne Rührei und je nach Hotel in den teilweise ungünstig möblierten Frühstücksbereichen zu viel. Für uns jetzt leider KO-Kriterium: Bundesweit nur noch Boxspringbetten mit durchgehender Matratze. Vielleicht sind wir von Zuhause verwöhnt oder empfindlich, aber bei jeder Drehing des Partners auch hin- und herzuschwanken ist nicht mehr unsers. Also abgesagt und spontan ins Dorinth: Großes Zimmer. Doppelbett aus zwei Einzelbetten. Top. Ruhiger Innenhof, Fenster kann auf bleiben. Top. Superfrühstück, wirklich mit allem drum und dran, so dass man nur zum Frühstücken hierher gehen kann. Bei uns im Angebot 9,00 statt 18,00. Toptop. Ein Highlight während unserer 5 Tage in Leipzig. Viele Schränke und Ablagen. Es ist ein klassisch eingerichtetes Hotel, hochwertig, aber kein Designhotel a la Motel One oder Premier Inn. Insofern konsequent war die Dusche mit Wanne, nicht ganz State of the Art, aber funktional ohne Einschränkung. Wenn wir wieder nach Leipzig kommen, werden wir in jedem Fall wieder hier absteigen. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten.

Le service de la chambre est un service de qualité, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'avenir. Il est assez mauvais pour nous de réfléchir à l'utilisation de cet hôtel. Les services de gestion de la chambre doivent accorder une attention égale à la satisfaction des clients, car ils font des économies de coûts et apprennent à répondre rapidement aux questions. Si vous voulez les déposer avec un uniforme, assurez-vous qu'ils le portent de manière intelligente et représentent l'hôtel bien. Le Grand Hotel est un hôtel de 4 étoiles, mais il est très confortable. Il est très frustrant de voir ce qu'est un hôtel fantastique détruit par des personnes hors de portée qui ne s'inquiètent pas.

Bonne position près de la ville et les gares. Les chambres étaient très grandes. Le personnel était très utile avec conseil sur les trams, etc pour visiter les vues. La salle de sport était aussi bonne. Le petit déjeuner était agréable avec une large sélection

The location was perfect and the price was suitable for me. There was enough USB and power outlets for everyone. There was also a mirror and a place to hang clothes (e.g. jackets). There were also a fewer hangers than the people in the room but it was ok during my stay; only one other person and myself used them. There were also 6 locker compartments, which was very useful, but you have to buy your own lock. You can buy it from the lobby but in my case they were out of stock so I bought from Rossman, and thankfully I still had time to get one before they close. So, it's better to buy your own lock and use it in your travel. However, being in an 8-bed room with others meant that the toilet was not always clean because of different people using it, having different standards, and the smell in the room was not very good and needed ventilation and something to protect others when someone in the room is sick. So, I would suggest putting leaflets and using controlled rules. Also, the one who used the bed before me has left the pillow and blanket unorganized and with his own dirty cover, so I had to remove them and tidy them before putting mine. I believe, these should be cleaned and tidied up before me. Also, the heater's knob had no numbers so I couldn't know on which level it is. Also, the attitude of the first person I met at the reception desk was not very good at the beginning, but afterwards I didn't have to talk deal a lot with them. I wouldn't recommend a&o's App for usability, but I used to check-in while on the way. However, when I arrived, it was difficult to use the self check-in terminal. It prints a paper with my room number asking me to confirm it, but how do I know the room number in the first place before checking in?? also, whoever used it before me had not taken his printed receipt, so when I had to take the paper, I took also this receipt, with amounts that are not mine, so it was confusing. When I went to the reception clerk and asked him, he first misunderstood and started the checkin based on that wrong receipt. When I started to notice that, I told him (again) that this receipt is not mine, so he asked me (with quiet frustration) ”then why are you showing me this?” and then asked me for my ID to proceed with my check-in. Of course, it feels very bad when he blames me, but also they should be better listeners and need to pay attention to the usability of the self check-in scenario in the App as well as the terminal.
