Hôtels près de Pasaje Pisagua à Lima

We picked the hotel because it has triple rooms and it’s reviews. However it’s not the great hotel reviewed 2 and 3 years ago. The good points for the hotel are the employees especially Tanya. The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Breakfast is below par. Only one cup and one hand towel was provided to a room despite the fact that we were 5. The espresso machine did not have cup or capsules for use. No water bottle was provided. It feel management looked to cut cost were posible.

Les chambres étaient très confortables et les chambres très propres. Bons choix pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu laisser notre bagage là pendant une semaine pendant que nous voyageons autour du Pérou. Le service de lave-vaisselle était très cher par rapport à d'autres endroits au Pérou. La location était très sûre.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!

La chambre était disponible et nous étions prévus pour rester ce jour-là. Le personnel pourrait être plus flexible en raison de ce qui s'est passé. Nous y sommes restés pendant presque deux semaines.

Il est interdit de recevoir une visite quelconque dans sa chambre. Ce qui est malhonnête, c'est qu'on découvre cela quand il est trop tard pour annuler. Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement cher pour ce qu'il est, mais en cela cet hôtel ne se différencie pas des autres hôtels à Lima actuellement, malheureusement.

Enjoyed my stay. I had a quick stopover so went a budget friendly option and was happy. Good location, safe buzzing area, very Modern rooms, tad small but good. Given the price, with good breakfast, I’d stay again. Airport Express bus stop is 100m away (taxis cheap anyway but AE Bus is comfortable with wifi etc.).

This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

L'hôtel est très propre avec de l'eau chaude constante. Le personnel était extrêmement utile à tout moment. Bien que la chambre soit petite, elle était adéquate pour notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas mangé à l'hôtel, nous ne pouvons pas commenter la nourriture. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants décents à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel en raison de sa valeur pour l'argent, l'emplacement, le personnel et la propreté.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.
