Super value for money. Room clean with very comfortable bed. Location is great with a convenient shop right next door. Breakfast exceeded expectations for the price paid. Loved that they had water dispenser on every floor to refill water.

Nous sommes globalement très satisfait de notre séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel qui s’avère être l’un des plus beau de l’île et très bien situé. En effet, le complexe dispose d’une belle piscine/terrasse, d’un restaurant très qualitatif et abordable et d’une situation favorable pour sortir le soir ou en journée. En revanche, une partie du personnel laisse à désirer (pas très aimable, pas très efficace et peu réactif) et l’hôtel a clairement un problème de gestion du ménage (plus de serviette de plage/piscine en pleine journée, ménage non réalisée à 18h, renouvellement des serviettes de bain tardif…). Enfin, malgré un bel espace extérieur, le nombre de transats disponibles reste trop faible pour le nombre de résidants . Les chambres étaient quant à elles spacieuses, bien équipées et surtout dotées d’une grande terrasse. Enfin, mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était très copieux et diversifié, de quoi satisfaire toutes les envies.

Très bel hotel,les chambres sont entourées de bassin ou évoluent des carpes koi,sont tres confortables,avec une belle salle de bain extérieure, une piscine très agréable, un jardin où se promènent des pintades,des tortues ,très bien entretenu.les petits déjeuner sont très copieux,les plats excellents

Magnifique hôtel Pullman service digne d'un 5 étoiles tout est parfait les chambres sont super bien équipées le lit confortable et le meilleur petit déjeuner que j'ai eu dans mon voyage. Merci a l'ensemble du personnel du Pullman qui sont des personnes qui vous donne envie de rester plus longtemps.

Suite à un changement de programme à cause de problèmes politiques, nous avons dû changer notre destination. On nous a alors proposé cet établissement. Nous y avons été très agréablement surpris. Le resort n'était pas à sa capacité maximale ce qui était très agréable. Le site ainsi que les bungalows étaient à la hauteur de nos espérances et le personnel aux petits oignons. Ils m'ont même fait une très jolie surprise pour mon anniversaire en décorant le lit de pétales de fleurs avec un délicieux gâteau et des bougies. L'établissement est très bien situé, à côté de la petite ville de Kuta, et très propre. Merci à tous les membres du personnel qui ont contribué activement à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Nous avons réservé un bungalow vue sur mer 5 nuits, jolie chambre dans l’ensemble, jolie piscine. Personnel sympathique surtout réception ! Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi après-midi ! Il y a avait des groupes de locaux qui est resté jusqu’au dimanche environ 200 personnes avec un séminaire pour des locaux aussi , le petit-déjeuner était affreux digne d’une cantine scolaire avec un bruit qui était épouvantable, des personnes qui vous marchent dessus, qui passent devant sans aucunes excuses, le pire pour dormir très difficile avec le bruit qu’ils font et le soir l’hôtel leur réserve à côté de notre chambre le restaurant en plein air avec un micro ( vous imaginez !) cerise sur le gâteau le lendemain matin a 8h30 devant notre chambre à la piscine une personne avec un micro nous a réveillé car il animait le groupe alors monsieur le manager de l’hôtel un peu de respect pour des clients ont payé chère pour soit disant être tranquille. Pour finir on a essayé le salon de massage , masseuse pas très souriante et avec un massage Balinais qui était que de nom. On ne reviendra pas dommage .

I very much warn AGAINST booking at this hotel and want to share my experience with Selong Selo on here to spare others the nightmare we experienced: This hotel essentially took our money and made it impossible to get a refund or rebooking. We had booked a stay at Selong Selo for 2020 - unfortunately Indonesia stopped tourism entries due to Covid and we were stuck discussing back and forth with the hotel, about what to do with our reservation. The first thing we realized was that communication with this hotel is extremely slow and difficult, since very single time someone new responded in what I would deem pretty bad English. Since 2020 we have sent countless emails (many left unanswered) and two years later are yet to get a refund or rebooking for our prepaid reservation of 1.500€. In this time Selong Selo staff has given us the hardest time I have ever experienced with any hotel during Covid: They set absurd deadlines for rebookings (essentially asking us to travel when there were no flights to Indonesia), downgraded the villa category we booked and then took days off our booking in case we rebooked. To be honest we don’t really see how we will get our money back and all this feels like a scam through and through. My verdict is this: Should something go wrong, you are stuck with this hotel and will lose your money. There are plenty of professional hotels in Lombok, so steer clear of Selong Selo!

Stayed for 2 nights. Generally okay for the price location was good too- just a 5 minutes walk to the bustling stretch. The room was cosy and generally clean, though there were some tough stains on the bedsheets and blankets, which were still bearable. The toilet was relatively huge with a bathtube and rainshower. Since its a semi-open air toilet, don't yet surprised to see some harmless bugs around. Do also note that they do not provide bedroom slippers anymore, so if that's a concern, do bring your own! They do provide breakfast too and one thing I appreciate is that it's an all day breakfast (literally), where it starts at 7am and ends at 7pm. The food choices were good and portions were huge.

I’m going to start w the positives. Amber is in a beautiful location on a private beach with nothing around. The walkways are lush with blooming banana trees and pineapple plants. I used the spa everyday while I was there. The treatments were all wonderful and in a peaceful ambiance. The staff was very friendly from the front office to the walkways and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very understaffed on Saturday night for the bbq dinner. The servers were great they just needed more hands on the floor. It seemed the manager of the restaurant just sat up front on his phone all the time. The hotel is very family oriented and I didn’t pick up on that at my time of booking. Kids running and screaming all day long. Parents, nanny’s and staff yelling for children that were running around wild all day. At Breakfast, lunch/pool time & dinner they were multiple family’s just letting the kids run around everywhere. There wasn’t any peaceful time at the pool to read or relax. At 1 point there were 12 small children at the pool on Sunday. The one day I didn’t got to the pool because it was so crowded. I love the room when I checked in but that faded quickly. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. I killed at least 10 by hand and every time I left I sprayed the poison can they left in the room. The bathroom had a terrible smell all the time. The bedding was dirty dirty not stained it was unwashed. I left the clean room sign on the door all day I figured by the time I got back from my massage it would of been by 4:30 and it was not. The comforter was covered up by the blanket and never changed since prior guests. It had blood marks that had not been washed for who knows how long. I was bit by something in the night on my face around 3:30am and my face swelled up. I turned the light on but couldn’t see any insects. It hurt so bad. I told the front desk the next morning and they got me an ointment to put on it. It was swollen for days and very painful. I had expectations that it would of been amazing but it wasn’t. My food was all delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, the spa was great but the structure of the hotel has a lot to work on for the price. I’ve been in lombok for 2 months and I’ve never seen so many small children. If it was advertised as kid friendly I would of picked somewhere else. Even at check out a family was also leaving and 2 of the 3 kids were crying and I said there has been kids screaming and crying every hour for the 3 days I was there. Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the rooms For the money there are many better options in south lombok
