Chic yet shabby and super expensive with amazing staff. The Inn is dated, the rooms are nice and fairly large, but it’s not the St Regis and at these prices you wonder why. The best part about this hotel - other than the location if you want to be on the Malibu beach - is the amazing staff that works here. From the front desk, to the restaurant/bar, the bellmen and housekeepers - everyone is super friendly, helpful and nice. They will work to solve any problem you have. The food in the restaurant is also excellent and the wait staff and bar staff superb. The rooms are noisy with the road on one side and the ocean on the other side. But all in all a nice, very expensive stay!

Franchement, je ne savais pas ce que j'attendais de cet hôtel avant mon séjour. Les notes d'évaluation étaient plutôt dispersées. À ma surprise, l'Hilton Garden Inn Calabasas a dépassé mes attentes. L'hôtel est bien désigné et j'ai été attribué une grande chambre. Tout est mis à jour, alors ne vous inquiétez pas pour le style ou les caractéristiques datées. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel et ma chambre à être propre. Pas sûr pourquoi certains se plaignent de la propreté. Comme beaucoup d'experts ont dit, les communes sont à cinq minutes de marche vers le bas du bloc. Je vous recommande de marcher là, si rien n'est que de faire quelques marches, surtout si vous êtes juste dans un avion ou une voiture depuis des heures. Ou brouillez les livres à Barnes & Noble ou même prendre un film comme il y a un théâtre.

The hotel staff was wonderful and attentive, and they took really great care of the property (for example, they were so quick to clean up the pool spots as each guest left, which meant there was always an inviting lounge chair available when you wanted one). They were also very accommodating with some additional requests. Dan and Lenny were always there to greet with a smile or offer help with local recommendations or grabbing waters. We enjoyed using the complimentary bikes, sitting poolside, and eating breakfast at the cute hotel restaurant (again, with lovely staff). The cleaning staff was also friendly and did a great job keeping the rooms clean, tidy, and turned down for night time. The location was convenient to lots of fun spots. Overall, a great stay!

The photos of the hotel are not at all how they appear. It looks spacious and inviting, but they have a REALLY good photographer. The room was fine but my biggest problem was that I called ahead to tell them that my wife was checking in 5 hours earlier than me so please put her on the reservation. They did not. So when my flight landed, I got a call from my wife saying
