Le premier hôtel propose un copieux petit-déjeuner occidental, le second convient aux voyages parent-enfant un peu comme la baie de Yalong, le troisième hôtel propose un parking gratuit et le quatrième hôtel oblige les enfants de moins de 12 ans à profiter gratuitement d'un lit et d'un petit-déjeuner supplémentaires. Chaque hôtel en Europe est différent. Veuillez lire attentivement le règlement de l'hôtel lors de la réservation. L'hôtel doit appartenir à la première ligne avec vue sur la mer, à 2 minutes à pied de la piscine extérieure de l'hôtel jusqu'à la plage, à 2 minutes à pied du casino, à 10 minutes à pied du yacht club, bien sûr, le yacht club ne peut pas entrer en voiture , seulement marcher. Ceux qui ont besoin de sortir en mer peuvent également réserver ici, et une variété de manèges sont disponibles. Le yacht club est entouré de restaurants et de boutiques, un peu comme le Houhai de Pékin, et très animé la nuit. Les Britanniques sont venus ici pour beaucoup de vacances, donc tous les échanges anglais ne posent aucun problème. Enfin, il y a un petit détour, c'est qu'à l'enregistrement, l'hôtel vérifie ma commande, ne montre pas l'enfant, seulement 2 adultes. Au début, nous devons payer des frais de trampoline de 100 euros. Après communication et vérification des documents, il n'y a aucun frais, et je change directement ma commande en 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Chaque fois que je réserverai un hôtel, j'indiquerai les âges des adultes et des enfants. Je n'ai jamais rencontré de problèmes similaires auparavant, et il peut y avoir des différences dans la gestion de chaque hôtel. Cependant, j'espère toujours que Ctrip pourra améliorer la commande. Ceci dit, j'espère pouvoir vous aider.

Très bel hôtel de luxe à proximité d'un magnifique golf. Il dispose de grandes chambres modernes et de très belles piscines situées dans un très bel environnement de jardin tropical. Très bien se retrouver. 3 à 5 minutes de la marina et de la plage en taxi/Uber ou prenez simplement la navette de l'hôtel. Ce serait génial s'ils pouvaient ajouter des nouilles de soja et des rouleaux de printemps à leur très bon petit-déjeuner occidental.

L'un des meilleurs hotels où j'ai séjourné ces dernières années. L'hôtel est immense, avec des piscines et des jardins magnifiques. Le personnel parfait à tout point de vue. Je vous conseille de prendre les chambres avec vue sur la piscine SERENITY (la vue est tout simplement magnifique, surtout la nuit). Le petit déjeuner Excellence. 2 restaurants (l'un étoilé) et la possibilité par les beaux jours de manger près de la piscine. Le SPA est l'un des meilleurs du Portugal. Par contre, je conseille fortement de réserver une voiture, car l'hotel est assez loin du bord de la mer (10 min en voiture !). J'ai personnellement réservé chez SIXTE (aéroport) mais en prenant la garantie la plus complète (franchise 0) ainsi vous êtes tranquille et vos vacances se passeront agréablement sans que vous soyez responsable des dommages que d'autres pourraient entrainer dans les parkings ets..). Pour diner, je vous conseiller (pour un magnifique coucher au soleil) le restaurant Maria's on the Beach (à 10 min de l'hotel) ou le restaurant ”Steakhouse” (l'une des meilleures viande que j'ai mangé de ma vie). L'hotel (et d'ailleurs la région) est peut etre à éviter en juillet-aout (prix, nombre de personnes et de touristiques, la chaleur, ...) par contre avril-mai-juin et puis septembre-octobre sont paradisiaque.

Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel dans une brochure ”Excellence” sélection des meilleurs hôtels 4 et 5*, nous avons été déçu par l'accueil en arrivant (pas de verre de bienvenue eau, jus ou autre ni de serviette rafraîchissante comme dans la plupart des hôtels), pas d'explications quant à la situation de la chambre, nous avons dû aller à la chambre en cherchant et en prenant nos propres valises. On nous a mis dans une chambre en rez de jardin directement près du passage en extérieur alors que l'hôtel était loin d'être complet (basse saison). Nous avons eu droit à une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre le jour de notre arrivée et puis plus rien; une bouteille d'eau par chambre et par jour pour un hôtel 5* est le minimum. Nettoyage superflu du balcon, le ménage de la chambre bien fait sinon. Le personnel des restaurants est très gentil et serviable, à l'écoute des clients. Le restaurant EMO offre une excellente cuisine, menu en 3 plats avec à chaque fois 3 choix, de la variété et de la qualité, bons produits et frais. Cet hôtel convient pour des joueurs de golf et est moins adapté pour se relaxer, pas possibilité de promenade autour de l'hôtel etc....

Nous avons été très déçu par cet hôtel , son point fort est la situation et le personnel à la réception qui sont sympathique et en particulier thiago, sinon les chambres ont besoin d un petit rafraîchissement , la literie un peu vieillotte les salles de bain aussi, le petit déjeuner avec une qualité de produits vraiment moyenne pour une chambre que nous avons payé à presque 600€ la nuit , vielle piscine ,les transat pas du tt confortables et éparpillés sur la pelouse ce qui n était pas du tt agréable , les jardins mal entretenus, le ménage très mal fait , la première fois où on est rentré ds la chambre nous avons trouvé une bouteille d eau déjà entamé!!! Pas de transat à la plage , si vous en voulez vous êtes obligés de payer 50€ le transat.

Le pire : si vous êtes en train de voyager avec des enfants, il n'est pas recommandé parce que les escaliers sont dangereux. Le jacuzzi était détruit. Les coussins sont très mauvais.Dans la chambre, une télévision était détruite, le grille-douche et le bain étaient cassés dansaient, mais il pouvait être utilisé. Ils ne font pas de chambre, ils ne changent pas de serviettes, ils ne prennent pas de papier, je crois qu'ils changent la semaine. Premièrement, la comodité est esthétique et nous finissons mal à l'emplacement des vêtements, des valises et des bains.

Le premier hôtel propose un copieux petit-déjeuner occidental, le second convient aux voyages parent-enfant un peu comme la baie de Yalong, le troisième hôtel propose un parking gratuit et le quatrième hôtel oblige les enfants de moins de 12 ans à profiter gratuitement d'un lit et d'un petit-déjeuner supplémentaires. Chaque hôtel en Europe est différent. Veuillez lire attentivement le règlement de l'hôtel lors de la réservation. L'hôtel doit appartenir à la première ligne avec vue sur la mer, à 2 minutes à pied de la piscine extérieure de l'hôtel jusqu'à la plage, à 2 minutes à pied du casino, à 10 minutes à pied du yacht club, bien sûr, le yacht club ne peut pas entrer en voiture , seulement marcher. Ceux qui ont besoin de sortir en mer peuvent également réserver ici, et une variété de manèges sont disponibles. Le yacht club est entouré de restaurants et de boutiques, un peu comme le Houhai de Pékin, et très animé la nuit. We found this little Gem back in 2017 having stayed at the Hilton end on many occasions, came back 2018 and 2019 and this holiday is the first time back since Covid due to travel restrictions. Like all hotels in general, prices have more or less doubled which is disappointing. Many of the staff from back in the day from both the Hilton end and the As Cascatas end are no longer there from before Covid time, which is a shame. If I am honest, the hotel (and Hilton side) has lost a little bit of the friendly feel it had. It did not feel the welcome upon arrival, or when speaking to the staff in general. It had a different feel this holiday. Still a great place close to the Marina, but far enough away you have the peace. Spacious, house keeping are excellent everywhere clean, tidy and lovely. Before Covid, they were cracking down on sun bed hoggers, placing towels down at 8, then going away for the morning. Despite the signs saying towels will be removed after an hour, those beds were lying empty for long periods, when you had couples and families looking for sun beds. It used to be a problem, then the cracked down on it, however the problem is back and very annoying. I just hope that they control the prices a little, as if it keeps going up, may have to look else where.

Parfaite trouvaille pour un week-end filles. L’accueil était très convivial grâce à une équipe de jeunes à l’écoute. On se sent en sécurité, tout est propre et entretenu. L’espace cuisine est parfaitement équipé. Nous avions une chambre double parfaite. Un peu de bruit de la rue fenêtre ouverte mais si vous la fermez et utilisez la Clim c’est nickel. Pour le petit déjeuner nous avons profité de la boulangerie dans la rue. Tout est accessible à pied.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. Nous avons réservé cette (avoir dû téléphoner pour un contrôle étrange que nous avons besoin) nous avons réservé la chambre à 10am-7pm , évidemment nous avons dû être facturés pour la journée entière (80 euros) quel bargain ! Nous n'attendais pas beaucoup mais nous sommes agréablement surpris (écrire ce siège à la piscine pacifique ). La chambre est grande et très propre - ne peut pas voucher for.comfort du lit car nous ne dormirons pas dans eux. Le personnel est très utile et ami.

Très bon séjour entre amis. Chambre spacieuse très clean avec tout le nécessaire dans la sdb (peignoires) matelas tres confortable. Demi pension tres bien. Petit déjeuner simple mais très bons produits = les vieinnoiseries sont excellentes. Dommage qu au pays de l orange on nous serve un semblant de jus à l eau. Le dîner correct ...peu de choix mais bon. A l exception des desserts minimalistes. Terrasse agréable mais bruyante et incommodantes avec les fumeurs.....la fumée remonte jusque dans les chambres côté piscine et pour se restaurer on prend également de la cigarette plein le nez....il faudrait prévoir un coin repas sur la terrase pour les fumeurs. Extérieur agréable mais exigu et piscine trop petite heureusement correct pour 3 nuits mais pas plus!!!! Personnel exceptionnel très accueillant. Bien pour un court séjour car l environnement est agreable
