Chambre correct par contre il y avait une odeur désagréable de cigarette alors que nous avions demandé une chambre non-fumeur. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h et nous n’avons eu la chambre qu’à 15h alors que le check-in est censé être à 14h.

Mauvaise odeur, beaucoup de bruit, linge sale. Jamais je n'y retournerai.

Deuxième fois qu’on y séjourne, mes amis adorent

Vous pouvez prendre le bus violet jusqu'à 16 ponts et marcher environ 10 minutes. Traversez le célèbre DasanBa. Un seul miroir dans les toilettes. Il faut sourire parfois, comme quand on dit poliment à…

La première chambre sentait la cigarette, la deuxième était meilleure. En revanche, le couloir sentait la cigarette. Déconseillé aux non-fumeurs.

J'ai abandonné cet endroit après la première nuit et les vestiaires (pas de remboursement pour la deuxième nuit), car l'odeur d'égout était insupportable. J'imagine que certains hôtels ignorent ce qu'est un siphon ou installent une plomberie défectueuse.

We had a great stay in this hotel. It’s just 8-10 mins walk from Senado Square, it’s quite and convenient. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and very friendly too. They always greet and smile each time they see us, which made us more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely book and stay with them again in the future.

Location is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless. However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. ========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ========== The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job. If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics. Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.” Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?! I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive. ================================================================================ Facilities: The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly, even though they didn’t speak English, but they tried to help me all the time.

The hotel is good, but my room’s cable was not working 

The location is convenient and well-situated, making it easy to get around. However, the place itself is fairly basic and doesn’t offer anything particularly special. It’s a decent option if you’re just staying for a couple of nights and don’t need many amenities.

The place is nice, clean and in a good spot of the tourist attractions. The staff was helpful when I arrived here as well.

It was my first time in Macau. Amazing location if you wanna visit the historic centre by walking. Also close to several bus stops. Great room and bed. I wish I could stay longer

Quite a small and noisy room, overpriced. The stuff wasn’t quite helpful, neither professional. They asked my passport even when I was checking out, first time happened to me in decades of staying in hotels all around the world.
