Notre séjour ici était merveilleux! L'arrivée était rapide et facile. Nous étions hébergés immédiatement. Ils ont même mis à niveau notre chambre et nous ont donné quelques délices pour bénéficier des rabais lors de la nourriture à leur restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était délicieux. Ils ont même un vendeur Taho qui se promenait et servirait taho. L'hôtel est juste à travers les centres de commerce. Le service était rapide. Notre demande d'un siège supplémentaire a été prise en charge rapidement. Le personnel était très gentil et accessible. Vous serez toujours accueillis ici !

La cuisine dispose d'un autre serviette, et il y a un café et un toast, ainsi qu'une lave-linge et une lave-linge, l'hôtel est ancien comme le bois de cuisine et lave-linge, mais les meubles sont rénovés et il y a une table à manger pour quatre peuples, le prix est élevé, la salle de bains a besoin de nettoyer, il y a un endroit, il y a une petite télévision, il n'y a pas YouTube, il n'est pas autorisé à fumer. Pour la plupart des chambres d'hôtel, le 6ème étage est ouvert et il n'y a pas de chaises, certains personnels sont inexpérimentés et ont besoin de plus de formation pour vous abuser en leur donnant de l'argent, mais certains sont très, très bons à traiter, et pour le plus respecté employé, Alan, le restaurant de l'hôtel est professionnel.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

This hotel is in a good location, about 45 minutes from the international airport. 3 stayed for 3 nights. Right from arrival we were welcomed by helpful staff and had a speedy check-in. At the same time they gave us a room upgrade. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent. Again the staff were very hospital and nothing was trouble for them. We even liked the long bar with live band. We will be back to Manila soon and will not think of staying in any other hotel except The Fairmount. We were escorted to our room and everything was explained in details by the concierge who also helped us book the Manila city your for the next day with a reliable agent.

Bien qu'il n'y ait aucun moyen d'utiliser les installations de remise en forme en raison de l'épidémie, la piscine est très belle, et elle doit être très confortable si vous savez nager. J'aime le plus la télévision avec youtube et le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Le paysage à l'extérieur de la fenêtre est magnifique. La prévention des épidémies est également bien faite, renvoyée avec succès en Chine sans infection

We had to go thru a long line to check in. It took awhile before we were able to get to our room. The amenities are beautiful and first class. The negative thing that happened to me is that, the key did not function when I used it in the elevator. W were supposed to check out at 12pm as I was going up, i wasn’t able to use it because the key was disabled automatically. It happen that the staff was escorting somebody in the elevator. I asked her to assist me. She told me me I need to go back to counter to reactivate it. Too much hassle because the line check out was too long. They should deactivate that key when i was fully checked out.).

The staff here are so incredibly kind and accommodating. When we first checked in they told us they upgraded us to a bigger room which was a nice surprise! Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working so we let them know and they upgraded us to an even BIGGER room! A whole presidential suite that had a living room, bathroom with a tub, and a huge bedroom with a smart TV. We had a special stay for sure and the room was clean and well kept. Breakfast is also quite generous with several choices for food. All in all, would come back for the staff and the hotel upkeep. Special shout out to Ms. Karisse, Amylee, Honey, Pauline, Ralph, and Darwin for an unforgettable experience!

Réservé sur Agoda, prépayant environ 65 $ SGD par nuit, y compris un petit déjeuner de base. Seuls 2 appareils sont autorisés à disposer de Wi-Fi. La chambre était petite mais suffisante. Seul un serviette fourni malgré la réservation pour 2 adultes - devait demander l'assistance. Le même problème de nouveau après la nettoyage le 2ème jour. Lit double avec une madrague très dur. Douche/baignoire combinée dans la salle de bain. Une partie de bruit de la porte de la boue et de l'aircondition. Personnel amical. Personnel amical. Bon emplacement dans la zone de vie nocturne de Makati. A environ 20 minutes à pied des centres de restauration.

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

Super loved this hotel! Staff are really attentive. Bed is so comfy i did not want to leave. Location is amazing. Literally just have to cross the road to go to Greenbelt. Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Manila. Buffet is good too! The little details on the rooftop Filipino buffet is on point. Makes the experience much better

Cet appart-hôtel était une super expérience pour les vacances. Le personnel de la réception est sympathique et serviable. Le jour de Noël, il y avait des chanteurs dans le hall. Le ménage a fourni des cookies comme cadeau de vacances. La salle de sport possède toutes les bases avec une vue magnifique. La piscine est plus petite mais ouverte presque toute la journée. On y trouve de belles plantes vivantes apportant une belle esthétique et un air frais. Il y avait des moments où personne ne nageait et la piscine était paisible. Si vous recherchez un délicieux brunch, le Cartel Cafe se trouve à cinq minutes à pied. Faites une réservation pour les grands groupes. Si vous avez besoin d'un café à emporter, vous trouverez de nombreux Starbucks à quelques pâtés de maisons. Il y a une pharmacie et Krispy Kreme de l'autre côté de la rue. La ceinture verte de Makati est accessible à pied.

Toilet is really slippery but you don't have to worry, since it's narrow, you'll still be standing even if you slipped, elevator is out of order, good thing we've packed lightly, I can't imagine those who've booked here with full luggages, as the rooms are in the 3rd and 4th floor, they managed to fix it the following day. Don't expect much on the free breakfast. Cleanliness is okay, Service can be further improved, staff in the morning doesn't even greet you, I don't know if they're having a bad day or what.

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.

Stayed here for 3 nights . Was upgraded to a higher suite with dining room and living room . 15 minutes drive from airport to hotel . The great: - great decoration and art work around the entire hotel . 32 rooms so pretty exclusive . - great service as expected from Raffles hotel brand from check in , high tea , evening cocktail , turn down service . - try to meet all your request e.g very early departure for a hiking trip at 4am, hotel prepared a good breakfast to go at 0350am to be delivered to the room that can sustain us for a mountain hike . After the hike, we came back with muddy hiking shoes . As we didn’t want to stain the suite , we asked the hotel to see if they can clean the hiking shoes which they promptly did so by the next day. - excellent spa with steam room , mineral pool and very well equipped gym that made it very exclusive and well main- maintained . - very good service throughout the stay as there are 32 rooms though their is a Fairmont wing - ginormous room, our upgraded suite was easily 100sqm . Entry level suites are 60sqm . - good level of security and good sound-proofing Things that could be improved - breakfast and high tea was limited but probably due to low occupancy of the hotel so they wanted to reduce wastage . - breakfast and high tea is repetitive- if you stay there for 4 days, you get same food and high tea with little rotation - water pressure was pretty low and so was hot water . So bath tub does take a very long time to fill up . - TV could be updated to make it more connectable with personal devices . watches TV - connecting tunnel to shopping mall was out of bounds or closed off, due to some quarantine stuff which meant having to walk in traffic and rain above ground . Hopefully they would open up the underpass like how Philippines is slowly opening up . Would I stay here in Manila again , Yes I would .

L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé et a nécessité un départ tardif. La réception a activement retardé une heure et a dit que c'était gratuit. Il y a beaucoup de familles où séjourner. Le gardien de sécurité et la réception sont particulièrement responsables. Parce que c'est un appartement, ce ne sera pas autant de personnel que l'hôtel. Mais il y a une sorte de température qui ne sera pas chaleureusement reçue. La vie ordinaire. J'essaierai de répondre aux exigences des clients. En face se trouve greenblte très proche. Je me sens bien
