Bon hôtel pour Manille, la chambre est propre, il y a 2 restaurants, piscine et salle de sport, globalement le service est top. L’hôtel est situé à Makati, c’est une très bonne localisation. Très bon restaurant à proximité

Le service global de l'hôtel est plutôt bon et le petit-déjeuner est également correct. Il présente des caractéristiques locales et peut également répondre aux besoins de la clientèle internationale. La machine à café autonome est en panne, mais le serveur peut la préparer fraîchement sortie du bar. Le restaurant sur le toit a une belle vue nocturne

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

Assis dans le hall de cet hôtel, j'avais l'impression de regarder un film, car j'observais les gens aller et venir de l'ascenseur. L'emplacement est fantastique, à proximité d'une variété de restaurants et de centres commerciaux. Je reviendrai certainement ici ! Personnel sympathique. Je suis allée me faire masser et j'ai essayé cette bougie auriculaire. La nourriture au petit-déjeuner était délicieuse

Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The front staff and door staff were super nice always welcome. Ritz et Aubrey étaient des bijoux réels et m'ont fait sentir bienvenus. Tous les gars de la porte étaient également très aimables. La piscine était agréable en haut sur le toit et la nourriture était bonne, mais je n'ai pas essayé. La douche dans la chambre était bonne, mais il n'y a pas de porte, l'eau tend à semer sur le sol de la salle de bain qui va sucer votre toile de sol. Nous avons célébré notre quatrième anniversaire de mariage ici avec notre vieille fille 3-yr et nous n'avons rien que de grands souvenirs à Seda Residences. La piscine a des sections adultes et enfants, mais elle peut être froide même pendant l'été parce que la piscine était à l'abri du soleil. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était super et il a fourni beaucoup de choix à choisir. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable.

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

First impressions can be deceiving. We arrived at 8pm in the dark and while the Somerset was well lit, most of the street was in darkness and deseeted. We wondered where we had booked and what we had got ourselves in to. Those thougths we very short lived as we were wormly greeted by the concierge and security. Check in was smooth and efficient and we were thrilled when told we had been upraded to a one bedroom executive suite. The suite was a two room suite with seperate lounge/dining area and large bedroom with a very spacious queen size bed and good sized bathroom. The cocktail bar in the foyer was a great find with some many beers or spirits to choose from. It appeared very popular with locals which is a good indication of the qulaity of drinks. We were able to order hot snacks which kept us going until the following morning. Breakfast was was wonderful with a mixture of buffet and al e carte (table service). we rally couldn't fault breakfast. During our stay we used the pool area and were surprised that we were almost the only ones using it. It was refreshing without being cold and well looked after. My only crticism is that there were no pool towels, nor anyone to ask for one. Somerset's location is a little bit further than expected to the Greenbelt area but still easily walkable or catch a grab. The service and quality certainly changed our initial impression

Citadines Makati est sans aucun doute l'un des meilleurs hôtels en Asie, et mon préféré parmi tous les hôtels Citadines. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plus de dix fois l'année dernière et de nombreux autres hôtels Citadines dans différents pays, mais ma expérience à Makati a été exceptionnelle. Le personnel de Citadines Makati m'a toujours fait sentir à la maison avec leur bienvenue et leur volonté d'aider de toute façon possible. Ils ont toujours fait un grand effort pour répondre à mes demandes, surtout à ma préférence pour le plus haut étage, qui offre une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour les personnes qui ont besoin de soins de santé. En conclusion, je recommande vivement à Citadines Makati de trouver un hôtel qui offre un service exceptionnel et un environnement accueillant.

I had such a great time staying here. You can’t ask for a better location. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but you pay for location and you barely stay in your room exploring this beautiful city. Thank you so much to Harly and King at concierge. They were extremely helpful the last few days from helping me coordinate pickup for my laundry service to making sure I was always had a ride to wherever I needed to go. They go the extra mile here. We enjoyed breakfast a few days during our stay, and thank you to Ann and Joy. They hooked us up with mangos. You made our stay so much better. I will always choose this hotel due to the proximity and the service they provide.
