C'est généralement un hôtel égocentrique qui ne tient pas ses promesses. J'ai commandé un coca en chambre, mais ça a pris une heure. La piscine est censée être ouverte jusqu'à 9 heures, mais elle est fermée à 7 heures car il n'y a pas de clients. Surclas*****t de chambre payant forcé. Livré avec vue exécutive, mais pas de salon ne pars pas

Bien qu'il n'y ait aucun moyen d'utiliser les installations de remise en forme en raison de l'épidémie, la piscine est très belle, et elle doit être très confortable si vous savez nager. J'aime le plus la télévision avec youtube et le petit déjeuner est également très bon. Le paysage à l'extérieur de la fenêtre est magnifique. La prévention des épidémies est également bien faite, renvoyée avec succès en Chine sans infection

Tout était super. Mais l'annonce sur l'expédia m'a dit que j'aurais accès au gym, mais quand j'y suis arrivé, le personnel m'a dit que les locataires avaient accès. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi avoir un gym inclus dans la publicité si les clients payant les clients ou les touristes ne peuvent pas l'utiliser.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Had to stay overnight as Cebu airlines had flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything else seems disappointing. Service both at the counter and especially in the restaurant is very very poor. There were at-least 7 staff members standing talking and not doing much whilst I am the only person sat in the restaurant, I had to get my own menu and was ignored. I ordered waffles and waited 40 minutes while being the only person in the restaurant that had ordered food. When the food arrived it was nice but not worth the wait or being ignored for the duration of the wait. I asked one woman how long my food would be as I’d been waiting a while and she didn’t respond just nodded and spoke to another staff member about it and continued on without communicating or saying anything to me I hate sounding like a Karen but it’s just frustrating to have staff in such a nice establishment be so incapable. The only staff who were friendly and efficient were the doormen who were helpful and kind.

Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The front staff and door staff were super nice always welcome. Ritz et Aubrey étaient des bijoux réels et m'ont fait sentir bienvenus. Tous les gars de la porte étaient également très aimables. La piscine était agréable en haut sur le toit et la nourriture était bonne, mais je n'ai pas essayé. La douche dans la chambre était bonne, mais il n'y a pas de porte, l'eau tend à semer sur le sol de la salle de bain qui va sucer votre toile de sol. Great location & price. Busy hotel that is well located & popular. Rooms are a little dated but our 4 night stay was very comfortable. Good water pressure & lots of hot water. The lifts get busy but it’s worth travelling to the upper floors for the views. Will book this hotel again if I stay in Makati as overall good value

Réservé sur Agoda, prépayant environ 65 $ SGD par nuit, y compris un petit déjeuner de base. Seuls 2 appareils sont autorisés à disposer de Wi-Fi. La chambre était petite mais suffisante. Seul un serviette fourni malgré la réservation pour 2 adultes - devait demander l'assistance. Le même problème de nouveau après la nettoyage le 2ème jour. Lit double avec une madrague très dur. Douche/baignoire combinée dans la salle de bain. Une partie de bruit de la porte de la boue et de l'aircondition. Personnel amical. Personnel amical. Bon emplacement dans la zone de vie nocturne de Makati. A environ 20 minutes à pied des centres de restauration.

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

If you use Instagram or TikTok. This is the hotel you need to stay at. I was given complimentary access to Rockwell Leisure Club. It’s a members only club for Rockwell Condo unit owners. Very exclusive. It’s basically a millionaires club. Saw many celebrities at the club’s gym and pool. Very beautiful pool too. Access to the Rockwell Leisure Club sets this hotel apart from all others in Rockwell Makati.

A fuir !!!! Le dortoir était plein de cafard !! Il y a des résidents à long terme qui ne respectent rien, ni personne et se permettent de faire du bruit toute la nuit (musique, cris)… La réceptionniste n’est d’aucune aide Passez votre chemin, ça a été la pire nuit de tout mon voyage en Asie

The ambiance of entrance of the hotel is so ecclectic and the floors are teeming with artwork make it unique. The beds are so soft we were well rested. Charlene was very accommodating all the way, making sure our stay went without a hitch. Despite the absence of ample parking space, we were accodated with the staff where to park it safely. All in all, Unwnd Boutique Hotel is definitely one of our WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN list of places we visited.

Bon petit hôtel pour une ou deux nuits. Propose dortoir où chambre privée. Nous avons choisi une chambre, que dire, déco sommaire, juste le nécessaire pour dormir, petite douche mais fonctionnelle, clim et wifi stable. L'avantage de cet hôtel est évidemment le prix raisonnable, car à Manille c'est très chère. A noter la qualité du petit déjeuner, excellente...

La chambre est grande, propre, le personnel de service est super bien, son accueil peut faire 10 pièces, vivre ici est plus chaleureux. Non loin de la rue des bars, près de la route principale, ce sera un peu bruyant la nuit. De plus, l'hôtel commence à bloquer la circulation vers 17h, jusqu'au soir, faites attention !

Le prix est très élevé, il convient à un séjour temporaire, il y a un restaurant en bas, à seulement une minute du dépanneur, les courses quotidiennes sont également pratiques, et le point le plus important, il y a une douche séparée dans la chambre, dans l'ensemble , l'expérience de séjour est très bonne,

The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.

Si vous voulez vraiment vivre ici pendant longtemps, vous pouvez utiliser trip.com un rabais de trois jours. C'est très coûteux. Je suis un long séjour en dehors de moi qui utilise la main pour faire une réservation plus grande que beaucoup de logiciels de chambre, c'est vraiment le plus coûteux pour le 4% de la carte de crédit # Yongfeng, qui est le plus rentable. Pour le lit ici, il est super bon sommeil et très calme. À côté du restaurant, il y a beaucoup de problèmes de manger moins à craindre. 7-11 à l'autre côté.

J'ai réservé 2 personnes mais mon frère était un compagnon à l'hôtel en face de moi. Ils ont dit qu'ils devaient payer une caution de 2500 pesos pour entrer dans la chambre. Face, nous nous sommes réveillés à 10h45 avec le bruit de la journée. Je ne répéterai pas dans cet hôtel.
