De passage à Melaka, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel . Accueil incroyable, le personnel est serviable et souriant. L’hôtel est très luxueux et le pdj très varié. La vue sur la piscine et sur la ville est magnifique !!! Merci à tout le staff sans exception.

Un vrai hôtel de luxe. Très confortable. Chambre propre. Amour du tube. Le thé et le gâteau de sugee bienvenus servis dans la chambre étaient agréables. Pour les équipements, sa moyenne pourrait utiliser une meilleure qualité de brosses dentaires disponibles et fournir des pantalons pour aller à la piscine. La salle de repas a une bonne ambiance, le petit déjeuner était bon et le service était personnel. Le dîner était supérieur à la moyenne. La piscine était propre et ne sent pas trop de chlore. La salle de gym était un peu emballée mais ok à utiliser quand pas beaucoup d'invités. Il y avait un odeur désagréable à la section des cloches stupides, pensez à la mat de sol à cette section. Les petits biscuits et douces locaux au lobby étaient un joli touche pour laisser l'invité essayer les snacks de jours anciens. Le couple spa était fantastique 👍🏻. Les masseurs étaient pro.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Premièrement, nous ne pouvons pas trouver la porte du hall au rez-de-chaussée car la porte est conçue en coin. Ensuite, vous devez vous rendre au 12ème étage pour l'enregistrement. Le stationnement n'est pas du tout pratique car il faut se garer au 5ème étage. Et le parking partagé avec le centre commercial qui est le centre commercial n'est pas encore exploité (pas de magasin ouvert) Ascenseur un peu tard et doit également être attendu longtemps. Sinon, le petit déjeuner si bon et délicieux. Tant de variétés. La piscine extérieure est correcte. Ouvert jusqu'à 19h uniquement. La chambre très propre. Et les services du personnel sont également bons. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Cet hôtel est très en bon endroit stratégique!!! Aime comment nous pouvons faire une promenade à la nuit jusqu'au bord de la rivière, dans la nuit avoir cendol à warung juste devant l'hôtel, et un café chinois à côté de lui. Avec un prix raisonnable. Recommandé. Mais ils peuvent améliorer leur propreté de café. Je crois qu'ils peuvent faire mieux.

J'ai réservé une chambre Heritage Deluxe et pourtant le personnel m'a enregistré dans une chambre Imperial Deluxe. Pire encore, ils ont affirmé qu’il existe peu de types de chambres Heritage Deluxe. C'est tout simplement absurde et ridicule !!! Nous ne sommes pas aveugles & c'est tellement évident ou plutôt une différence très nette sur les 2 types de chambre !!! Nous appelons leur réception en affirmant que nous voulons la chambre que nous voyons sur la photo et ensuite, on nous a donné la carte-clé d'une autre pièce. Ils ne prennent même jamais la peine de nous apporter ou de nous aider avec nos bagages dans le type de chambre « correct » !!! Tout simplement très choqué qu'ils osent nous tromper !!! Regardez la preuve du changement de chambre

The hotel from the exterior looked really grand. The room was quite big in size and the hotel reception staff were nice enough. We (husband, two teenage children and I) arrived an hour early and were directed to the note that they didn’t have early check-ins. The doorman was nice and gave us an umbrella as it was raining when we were going out. However, the bathroom was not very clean with rotting shower screen because of most likely poor cleaning. The towels in the bathroom were supposed to be white but were brown in colour and stained. Unfortunately, we had to use these as there was no other option, felt unclean after shower. The corridor had a musty odour which was overpowering. Stayed two nights and had put up a door sign to have the room cleaned but no one came around and we were out all day. Bottled water was given on the first day but not on the subsequent day. I’m glad we only stayed two nights as couldn’t have tolerated the place for any longer.

Is an old building, not renovated for long time, windows are not opening at least in my room, there’s no bench to open your luggage, taps was leaking,was impossible to adjust the hot/cold water to the shower,overall very clean,the staff helpful as they allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier,breakfast has very poor variety,no mineral water provided,no shower gel , no toothpaste, only hand soap and shampoo gel was provided

Located exactly at the heart of the heritage buildings, a stone throw away to the famous Jonker Walk. The property is clean and offer a magnificent view to the Melacca Palace Museum. Staffs are friendly and accommodating with some reasonable favor requested. However, the downside to this property is the limited parking bays available and poor water pressure at the top floor's room. Privacy may be a concern to certain travelers as it is right next to a public park.

L'hôtel est situé près du palais de Dataran et Les autres attractions sont les suivantes : le parcours de la sari, la marche de jonker. Les tarifs de cet hôtel étaient très bons. La chambre était bien équitable pour le prix juste besoin de quelques Cleaning in the toilet area La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bain était forte Globalement, je suis satisfait et recommandé pour ceux qui sont sous budget.

I am staying in Johor Bahru and my dad's home town is in Malacca.I stayed at Wayfarer with my parents for 2 days 1 night in conjunction with All Souls Day.I really loved the room very much!It is so oriental,clean,cosy,nice&with a beautiful balcony room.Free wifi is provided as well.Most importanty,the location of the guest house is in the heart of town.What a great location!We could walk around so easily without having to drive our car around the town area.What I like most about Wayfarer is that,it is so close to Jonker Walk,Jonker Street and the Christ church area.Opposite of my balcony room,I can see the St.Xavier's church and the Malacca river with the river cruise boats passing by all the time.I really can't forget my stay at Wayfarer.I truly recommend people to come and stay at Wayfarer!They won't regret it and the price of the rooms are so cheap and reasonable.The toilets are absolutely clean and the management provides hand wash and shower foams for the guests to use.The room that I stayed in also has a bath tub.Last but not least,Wayfarer has given me and my family a very good and friendly service.I will never ever forget my stay at Wayfarer.I will definately come back to Wayfarer to stay again when there is another chance and another good opportunity.So,I would like to wish the management of Wayfarer and their immediate families all the best and good luck in their tourism business and also all the best in their future undertakings!Thank you very much Wayfarer for letting me and my family have a really sweet,fun and lovely stay.We managed to make good memories at Wayfarer and in Malacca.I LOVE WAYFARER SO SO MUCH!
