We have been going to Edsa Shangrila for family staycations for a long time now. It's our whole family's favorite quick getaway. We feel most comfortable and taken cared of at Edsa Shangrila. Our kids especially love swimming in the pool. We would like to give a special shout out to Sir Manny (lifeguard) for chatting with our 2 boys from time to time and for always keeping our kids safe while swimming. Thank you too to Sir Oteph Silvan, lifeguard for taking care of us. For my husband and I, we enjoy having drinks and peanuts at the Pool Bar made relaxing and easy with the impeccable service headed by Mavic and the whole Pool Bar team, Chef Anthony and Nikki! Of course, the whole stay won't be complete without experiencing dining at The Heat. We are most at home with our friends at Heat namely, Kap Mike Cifra, Angelica Banal, Stephen Manuel, Vergel Siason, and of course with Chef Anthony Catipay. Special shout out too to Luigi Bautista, Service Associate from guest service center who always took care of our Heat dining reservations and for the care he has has given us during our stay. Thank you too to Sheryl Meneses for her attention to details in keeping our rooms so clean and comfy. Edsa Shangrila is definitely a place we call home because of the great accommodations and the excellent service of people who work there that have become our good friends as well. We'll definitely be back because of them.

Santé: très propre et sans provocation Service: chaque fois qu'il y a quelques pas, un employé peut aider , tous les employés sont très enthousiastes et polis  Le lit est très confortable , les installations de l'hôtel sont très nouvelles, j'ai mangé quelques jours au service de la chambre ,  Ne pas plaisanter, tout est très bien manger. La prochaine fois, je reviendrai!

C'est mon hôtel. Tous les membres du personnel sont merveilleux et si bien accueillis. Ils sont excellents dans la réalisation de leurs tâches. Vous verrez leur travail dur et leur dévouement pour fournir le meilleur service qu'ils puissent offrir. Kudos à Ella et Jess pour faire une équipe très efficace. La direction est chanceuse de les avoir. Le bbg a une excellente position avec proximité de la voie ferrée. Un grand nombre dans une zone privilégiée. Les chambres sont propres avec lit confortable et culottes. Il y a un magasin de confort juste à côté de l'hôtel. Les clients reviendront certainement. Votre maison à Mandaluyong.

Le premier jour de check-in, j'ai fait attendre deux heures, et j'ai dit que sur Trip.com, Agoda et la plateforme en ligne ils avaient annulé la réservation mais je ne sais pas pourquoi je peux encore réserver. Je me suis étonné, les clients ont décidé de ne pas accepter pourquoi ne pas le dire!! C'est ma faute?! D'autres sont acceptables, et je suis en train de le mettre avec des petits ustensiles.

The New Novotel expected to be clean due it is a new one. I found food and Services needed to improve a lot. Our family is dissatisfied with Buffet Breakfast where food is repeated many times and not happy with salty food such as beef. I am comparing buffet Breakfast from Kingsford Hotel and other Hotels our family have stayed for 4 weeks . Also on our last day I noticed a short of staff and also poor cleaning services on Dinning area . There are staff who are friendly but others seems not happy on what the job they are doing especially the lady who was requested to clean the table it is kind of turned off . She was cleaning the plates in front of everyone as I have not seen this on other hotel putting out scrap food in front of everyone. Aren't they suppose to take the plates and do this in the kitchen area ? 🤔

Il y a une piscine au dernier étage, le petit déjeuner est bon, je l'ai commandé, l'emplacement est un peu éloigné, en gros sortir en taxi
