4 eme sejour dans cet hôtel mais premier depuis le changement en Valeria ! Séjour agréable malgré la baisse de choix au buffet et dans la qualité des soirées proposées depuis mon dernier séjour. Par contre , j’ai été victime d’un vol le dernier jour, quelques heures avant de laisser ma chambre à midi. Le ménage n’avait pas été fait mais un membre du personnel a fouillé mes affaires et a pris un collier que j’avais pourtant caché au fond de mes affaires !!! Je m’en suis rendu compte quand mon taxi est arrivé, donc pas le temps d’agir et de le rechercher à mon plus grand désarroi .Aucune excuse de l’hôtel ni du personnel , aucune démarche plus de contact avec personne depuis mon retour , bref aucune prise en charge sérieuse en cas de problème. Grosse déception une fois le choc passé. Je ne recommande plus du tout cet hôtel à mes proches . Faites très attention si vous y allez !!!!

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais mais pas extraordinaire, nous attendions quelque chose de mieux. Le chauffeur de taxi qui nous a emmenés à l'aéroport a tenté de nous voler pour demander 300 dirhams pour le transport, alors qu'il est écrit clairement que cela coûte 250 dirhams à l'aéroport. J'ai dû demander à quelqu'un de la sécurité de l'aéroport d'aider à ne payer que 250 dirhams comme prévu à l'origine par l'hôtel. Faites quelque chose sur les chauffeurs de taxi avec lesquels vous travaillez.

Bonjour , j'ai séjourné dans cet établissement en Mars 2023 et j'y ai passé un excellent séjour . L' endroit est situé dans un endroit calme et agréable. L 'équipe est très serviable et apporte un service de qualité, que ce soit pour la chambre qui est très bien entretenue, que les repas qui sont délicieux. Les serveurs sont très accueillant également. Un lieu que je recommande fortement si vous souhaitez passer un moment convivial et chaleureux. L'hôtel est juste génial. Les membres de Kappa Club sont vraiment aux petits soins pour vous à tout moment et leur humour n'a d'égal que leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.
