C'est vraiment très bon. Je ne sais pas pourquoi les évaluations n'étaient pas élevées. Parking, ils paient normalement 10 EUR. Mais parce que trip.com dit parking gratuit, ils ont renoncé, un bonus. Les gars de la réception étaient gentils. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Pas de salami seulement de ham.

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et les lits étaient confortables. Le jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner était le meilleur que nous ayons eu en Sicile. Fabio nous a accueillis, nous a aidé à partager, regardé les heures de fer à Reggio Calabria et même arrangé pour mon fils obsessionné F1 pour regarder la course sur la télévision. Quand Fabio apprenait que mon autre fils ne pouvait pas manger du gluten, il a eu des pâtes de petit déjeuner gratuites de gluten ... rien n'était trop de problème! Nous resterions absolument ici encore.

Very good value. It is located in the center of messin, so is a 10m walk from the main station. Signing in was a bit confusing as there was no one at the door to let me in, but a number was provided so I called and I was let in. My room card was already premade in an envelope near the entrance, so I didn't need to do anything further. Only bad thing is the drinks in the fridge aren't free and you will be charged if you drink them.

Situé dans une zone isolée très tranquille entre le lac de Ganzirri et ses plages cristallines, le resort est divisé en deux parties, l'une avec piscine à flûte et Spa très belle avec vue sur le lac et l'autre avec réception et chambres. La chambre à nous était de taille moyenne avec une belle salle de bains et une terrasse dans le vert. Cette partie de la structure est un peu agréable et a besoin d'une rénovation. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner très faible non adéquat Certainement à un hôtel 4 étoiles mais plus adéquat à un bed and breakfast , il propose également un restaurant de soir avec cuisine familiale de moyenne qualité. Le personnel est d'ailleurs professionnel et très gentil.Bonne nettoyage. Il est disponible pour environ six machines.

Check-in took two minutes, the receptionist was very professional. We got the key and clear instructions to our room, and the wifi password. The room was functional, but good enough for the purposes. The bed was large enough and comfortable. The room's windows faced the water, and we enjoyed seeing the ferry from the balcony when we opened the window. The room also had a working desk which was good, as we needed space to do some computer work. The bathroom amenities were ample, and we had plenty of fresh linen. Breakfast the next morning was a HUGE spread. Among all the hotels we stayed in Sicily, this one had the most food on offer. The waiter at the coffee station was commendable - we ordered a hot chocolate and the effort he put into making the perfect cup just made our day. I want to make a special mention to the lady at reception. I left my passport in the room after we checked out, and didn't realise it until over an hour later. I rang in a state of panic and she calmly reassured me that they had found it and she was holding on to it for me. Despite the slight language barrier, she communicated compassion perfectly. When I reached the hotel, she handed it over with the kindest smile, and that immediately dialled down my stress levels. 5/5 is not high enough for the service rating of this place, I would give them 10/5 if I could. And the lady at the front desk needs a promotion.
