All good and free snacks, but the room is a little small. Location is near central station.

Rooms are perfectly clean with amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. Spacious and stylish. The staff were really helpful. Delicious breakfast and afternoon snacks. Will come back again. One thing to note - the walk from Milan Central Train Station can be a bit rough if you’re carrying heavy and big suit cases since some sidewalks are in poor condition and there are some stoned pavements along the road which make it difficult for suitcases. Taking a taxi is better if you’re with heavy suitcases.

I am extremely grateful to the front desk staff who received me. Due to my hearing impairment, it was somewhat challenging for me to understand what was being said by non-native speakers through lip-reading. However, the hotel's front desk staff were very patient and meticulous in their service, doing an excellent job. They even personally showed me the way to ensure I fully understood. Even in the luxurious hotels I have stayed at, it is rare to find service staff who can pay such complete attention to these details. Although there were minor issues with the room's location and sound insulation, the hotel communicated proactively and had a very good attitude. I believe that the service attitude of a hotel is its most valuable asset.

Everything was perfect, except that at the end, after checking out, I found that my power bank was missing, which was worth about $70. But I remember the last time I charged it was in the hotel. I hoped to find it back after checking out but couldn’t find it. Forget it, I planned not to pursue it, but the hotel responded like this. In the midst of perfect service, this email made me unhappy.

Very good location, very near to metro & trams, and many restaurants and shops. Free drinks n snacks at lobby is a sweet surprise for us especially we arrived the hotel in hot summer afternoon. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Strong recommended.

Enthusiastic and kind staffs with excellent service. Safe and convenient location, you can go to the main tourist attractions within 30 mins walking. Internal equipment is also unforgettable that you can enjoy various food and drinks both in your room and bar for free! I will choose AXYHOTELS again if I will back to Milan! Thank you AXYHOTELS!

酒店步行到米蘭大教堂需要走20分鐘左右。 步行到唐人街大概30分鐘。 優點： 1.酒店服務不錯，比較主動和熱心 2.大堂的零食和飲料都是免費的 3.周圍有各種餐廳，比較方便 4.公共交通也比較多 5.相對巴黎酒店費用性價比還可以 缺點： 1.入門和大堂的畫偏灰暗色彩，題材可能國人會感不適，我和朋友都是相同感覺。也可能是文化不同導致，不知道其它國人是有相同看法。

地面沒大堂門面，上三四層才到，象舊樓改造，沒有停車場 入住態度熱情，房間確實不大且剛進去香水味太濃且不好聞幸好可開窗 提供一日三餐的簡餐食物無驚喜吃飽沒問題，二十四小時吧水飲料小餅乾提供

酒店位置顯眼方便出入，前台小哥認真服務態度很好，早餐也不錯，酒店裝修較新但簡陋；房間很小而且隔音差在馬路邊上很吵，晚上睡覺會受影響，

房間衞生乾淨，距離中央火車站步行15分鐘，樓下大門是關閉的，入住前會詢問，入住後刷卡進入，很安全。房間內食品飲料全免費，吃光了還可以去休息大廳拿，都是免費的，這和羅馬住的多莫斯酒店一瓶水都要收費形成鮮明的對比！對他們酒店印象非常好👍

因為前一家酒店沒有雙床房 臨時改到這家新開的酒店 位置一般 但品味滿滿。前台不大 但有麪包和飲料咖啡等的免費供應 服務態度也非常好。缺點是到前台還有不止一層的樓梯 抬行李箱真的很累。

在歐洲這麼久，住過最好的酒店，沒有之一。雖然面積小了點，設施很好，免費小食，服務相當好。真的，在歐洲這麼久，住過最好的酒店。

酒店衞生、服務以及設施非常完善齊全，樽裝水、飲料及頗多小食免費提供，我們很滿意，唯一美足不足之處是距離米蘭中央火車站及米蘭大教堂很遠，步行都要25分鐘左右，另外我們到達酒店時要提行李上樓梯一層才能乘搭電梯上去。
