location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request. Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim.

Nice hotel in miri, near permaiduri mall and restaurant . Recomended

Pro -Staff is helpful & friendly. -Room is clean and housekeeping good. Cons -Sometimes WIFI internet is slow.

The location is strategic because there are lots of restaurant and near to Imperial Palace Mall

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for exploring the area. Overall, a fantastic experience I would recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and booked with trip.com. I like the location for late night flight stay because the nasi lemak stall is open 24hrs, just beside the hotel.

Small room but fit with twin super single bed . Bathroom a bit small. Location very good , all within walking distance . Massage available opposite the hotel . The dessert shop at same building also nice .

Only the bathroom lock need to be checked as the lock cannot be lock during shower time. But over all the room was great! Keep up

For the price it’s an okay hotel. Though theres a bit of a musky smell because the room and walkway is mainly carpeted. But it has a great location. Wouldn’t demand for much for the price that i paid
