TCH es un hotel ubicado en un polígono industrial de Lorquí, antes de llegar al pueblo, a unos 15 min de Murcia capital. Es una opción recomendable para aquellos que deban hacer noche en la zona, por ejemplo por motivos laborales, como es mi caso. Del hotel hay que destacar varias cosas: Ofrece parking gratuito. Las camas, duras, personalmente las encuentro muy cómodas, pero imagino que para gustos, colores. Echo en falta una almohada más ancha o la posibilidad de tener al menos una almohada supletoria (imagino que podrán solicit****). La habitación es suficientemente confortable y espaciosa para una estancia de varios días (como fue mi caso). Hay que destacar la limpieza de la misma (muy bien, mucho mejor que en muchos 4 estrellas). También la atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel, siempre atentos y serviciales. Sobre el desayuno buffet he leído comentarios en TripAdvisor acerca de que es escaso. Y si bien es algo más escaso que el del buffet de otros hoteles, es sin lugar a dudas suficiente, pues cuenta con diferentes opciones de panes para hacerte tostadas variadas, con queso, jamón, embutidos, mantequilla etc , con zumos, café, fruta, bollería, etc. Me gustaría que tuviera huevos revueltos (sí tiene huevos cocidos), que es lo único que eché en falta, pues es lo que suelo desayunar cuando me alojo en hoteles; pero tal cual está, es más que suficiente. El restaurante del hotel me causó una grata sorpresa, pues con un menú económico, ofrecen platos de calidad, que se agradece cuando uno tiene que cenar fuera de casa. En definitiva, una buena opción para aloj**** cerca de Murcia a un precio razonable, sin renunciar a un buen servicio.

State of a perfect night. Sehr freundliche Aufmerksamkeit, sauber Zimmer (basic aber erforderlich), ruhig und in der wir gut ausruhen. Frühstück ziemlich gut. Je ne vous conseillerais que, en critique constructive, de réviser et de reposer les couverts du buffet. Il fallait bien choisir quand vous cogiez parce que beaucoup de gens avaient des restes, comme si vous n'auriez pas bien sorti de la lave-vaisselle. Cependant, l'hôtel est très recommandé en qualité de prix.

Nous avons été deux jours de séjour et la vérité que l'impression initiale était merveilleuse par la gentillesse du récepteur. La surprise était encore plus quand nous sommes entrés dans la chambre et nous avons vu combien il est large. Tout propre et la vérité change de lit et de bain chaque jour. Incroyable.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant plus d'une semaine. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix à Murcia. Site confortable et tranquille. Bonne qualité du sommeil grâce à de bonnes mathématiques et une insonorisation des chambres très bonne. Amélioré service de bain. il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux et manque de toile de visage. Excellent service de lave-vaisselle automatique. Je le conseille pour qui doit séjourner à Murcia et pas passer la nuit seulement à l'hôtel.

Très bon hôtel avec facile parking dans les environs grâce à ne pas être central. Très belles installations et bien conservées avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Petit-déjeuner avec large gamme et carte de service de chambre courte mais efficace. Il est remarqué qu'il s'agit d'une des chaînes d'hôtels les plus prestigieuses du pays.

Hotel extrêmement bien placé, ligne de tramway au pied de l'établissement ce qui permet d'accéder au centre-ville en quelques minutes avec ses grandes rues piétonnes. Le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil. Les chambres sont irréprochable. Bref que du bonheur. Merci.....
